Cullen has backed out of the Tax debate tonight on One and instead Mrs Davis has sent in the Smarmy Army head Captain Maharey.
This, perhaps, signals a change of tack for the Government, instead of a vitiolic attack of personalities from Cullen we will now get a smarm and grease offensive (and offensive it will be).
