Labour plans on stealing more and stopping us commenting on it

The most corrupt government in living memory is now poised to steal even more funds from the public purse.

Oh of course they will dress it up as "democracy funding" but it is still using yours and my money to support parties we either don't care about or care for.

Labour of course is technically insolvent and unable to pay its bills as they fall due. Thus we see the push for "democracy funding". This is nothing less than outrageous theft.

Not only do they want to have us pay for their blatherings and electioneering they also want to stop others having a voice. This is nothing less than an attack on freedom of association and freedom of speech.

We should oppose these proposals with every bone in our bodies and every breath.

Q&A from the Labour Party Conference

Miss Whaleoil is not happy

Miss Whaleoil is not happy.

We just had lunch at Subway and she wanted a kids pack.

On the outside of the brown paper baggie that it is delivered in it states that you get;

  • A Yummy Sandwich (this is debateable surely?)
  • A tasty treat (looks like flavoured rubber)
  • A cool drink (that is cool as in cold not cool as in "kewl")
  • A Fun Toy

Now she was happy with the first three and most unhappy with the last. As she said to me and Mrs Whaleoil "since when has a stink keyring been a fun toy".

I happen to agree with her. This is false advertising for sure.

Even when she went up to the staff and pointed out that a "stink keyring" isn't a fun toy she got nowhere because apparently that is the only "fun toys" that they have.

Hmmm maybe a letter to Subway may get some action.

Clark cuts Field loose

It looks like two things are happening.

One is Clark is cutting Field loose. She has made it clear on Agenda this week and also in the Herald .

The second thing is we may be in for an election. Clark has had a makeover and showed it first time out on Agenda. new haircut, new clothes new look….and she will look even better once the air brush artists are finished with the signs.

The one thought in the back of my mind is that the "big whip round" is not being used to pay the money back but rather they are going to use it to fight an election. And why wouldn't you….if you are going to lose why would you pay the money back.

A Tribute to JustPowerless

Labour's "Strategist" releases a video

Heh!..apt, very apt.

The Health Nazis will want to ban this

The Health Nazis for sure will want to ban this delicious sounding treat.

Only in America huh!!!!

I can imagine the look on Sue Kedgley's face right now.

Clean Sweep…well almost

C&R Now has almost made it a clean sweep in the Auckland Energy Consumer Trust election which was completed today.

Of the five positions available C&R Now won four and this was despite the best efforts of the plonker Collinge.

Accordingly the Returning Officer declares the following people provisionally elected as trustees to the AECT:

  • Michael BUCZKOWSKI, C&R Now
  • James CARMICHAEL, C&R Now
  • Shale CHAMBERS, PowerLynk
  • Warren KYD, C&R Now
  •   Karen SHERRY. C&R Now

I suppose it was a clean sweep in one sense. All the turncoats of Collinge's (Just Power) lot got a hiding.
