Lying like flatfish

Labour through their lickspittle mouthpieces and the Greens continue to lie like flatfish about the effect of their Section 59 repeal Bill.

Jordan and Tony both spew the Politburo's talking points about the bill not banning smacking when in fact it clearly does.

The fact remains that when Sue Bradford was questioned whether it would be possible to smack children after her amended bill becomes law, the one Tony Milne has on his website, she said no.

Gooner (Nick) shows exactly how her bill bans smacking, through weasel words and deceit is how.

Fucking liars and frauds that's what they are.

Oh and another point, if the existing law already bans smacking then why are we even having this repeal when there is no need for it?

Tough Love vs. Smacking – A Conundrum

The Government thinks it improper to smack children, so I have tried other methods to control my kids when they have one of "those moments."

One that I found effective is for me to just take the child for a car ride and talk. They usually calm down and they stop misbehaving after our car ride together. I've included a photo below of one of my sessions with my son, in case you would like to use the technique.

Ministry wants to restrict maggot packs

Emboldened by an increasing nanny state the Ministry of Health wants to limit maggot packs and chocolate bars for school children to once a month.

Quite how they will monitor that and enforce it is inconceivable, nevertheless they are recommending it.

I can imagine the legions of inspectors checking ration books to see that children are not claiming more than their allotted 1 maggot pack per month and referring defaulters and their families to CYFS for some "re-education"

Ohhh…gone are the days when you got a third former to stand in the line for you and buy several maggot packs and a coke for lunch….sigh.

School tuck shops must now be enjoyment free zones.

Council largesse extends

Manukau City Council has approved a 40% increase in Directors’ fees for two of its Council Controlled Organisations (CCOs) Manukau Water and Tomorrow’s Manukau Properties.

The increased fees were approved by the Council Corporate Governance Committee behind closed doors earlier this month, but have only just become public.

People's Choice have demanded answers.
“Peoples Choice says it’s hard to understand why such large increases were recommended by Council officers. It’s not as if the business environment for these two monopolies has become any more difficult over the past twelve months. We’re calling on the Council to outline its reasons.”
Edukayshun a shambles – ERO Report

The wheels just keep falling off of the trolley.

The latest seriously wobbly wheel is an ERO report that slams hundreds of schools that have no idea how well, or poorly, their students are achieving.
The review also shows only half of the schools assessed are keeping parents informed of their children's progress.

The report, released today, showed teachers at nearly half of the schools invested time and energy in assessments "that did not result in useful information about students' achievement and progress".
NCEA, now this, the government appears to have lost control of the Education sector and our schools becoming nothing more than glorified babysitting factories.

Of course the unions in their quest for mediocity have denied there is a problem.

There's trouble at mill

Trouble at mill for sure over the smacking legislation that Labour looks set to pick up so they can ram it through despite overwhelming opposition to it.

Winston First and United Future are seriously having internal ructions over the bill and the Labour caucus itself is seething. Winston First and United Future are also not happy with Labour's tactics to adopt the bill. Peter Dunne especially has been scathing.
Peter Dunne said yesterday that the Government was "perverting the normal way of doing things"
This is all adding up to chaos in the house, chaos that hopelessly inept Speaker Margaret Wilson has little or no control over. Increasingly Question time is becoming a farce as she castigates the opposition and lets Labour loudmouths like Trevor Mallard  and Shane Jones off the hook completely.

This guy is a bastard

This guy is Buck Stowers. He is my PT and he is an arsehole. Not only can I not walk properly after a leg session two days ago, but now my traps and arms are almost dead.

Two hours in the gym each day with guy is murder but hey it is a hell of a lotta fun at the time.

Seriously though, having a mate like Buck train you makes the hard stuff easier, and I can definately see the improvements.

You can join me at Genetics Gym each day for training if you wish. unfortunately no soft cock, pansy, socialist, chicken shits are allowed….oh all right you can come too, your money is as good as the next man's.

Genetics Gym is very popular amongst real sports people, every day you are liekly to see a Blues, or Chiefs player in there. There are three world champs who train there and a couple of heavyweight champs, one of whom I train with each day.

At the last National Body Building Champs Genetics pretty much cleaned up most categories.

Get along and join Genetics….

Now that is my shameless plug….that should pay for the PT sessions eh Buck?

Helen Clark – Hypocrite

Helen Clark is a proven liar.

She was caught on tape saying one thing and now by ramming through essentially her bill banning smacking, doing another.

Today, Bill English provided more evidence of the duplicity of Helen Clark. When in opposition she said;

"We want communities to have a real say in the policies which affect them."

Given that Miss Clark, why are you ignoring the community? The community, where over 80% of that community says you are wrong. Huh, How about it? I suppose you will give a weasel argument that they are not the "real" community.

Fucking hypocrite.

Some comment on Section 59

I have really had it up to the proverbial with the antics of the Clark Section 59 Bill supporters. So here are a selection of thoughts and observations about the supporters.

First up I would love to see this question put at Question time.

To The Minister for Social Development, Do you believe that a ight smack in order to keep discipline is a good thing? and if not why not in light o your proclivity for such activities?

Now to focus on some of the more ridiculous supporters.

Take for instance one Sonny Thomas, that's him on the right, yeah, I can just imagine Sonny and Parekura bumping into each other (Sonny, I am your father!).

There is also a picture of him from the counter protest over at David Farrar's. That's also right, there he is carying a sign that is perhaps more of an indication that the fist is probably more about Sonny's habits than Family First's people. If we ever needed any more proof that Labour is right behind (so to speak) this bill then there it is right there. Members of their own Youth wing , who are actively and overtly homosexual and childless protesting something they would know almost nothing about. Sonny thomas by the way is the crook who doctored Young Labour's fake poll and then doctored it again when they got snapped by the VRWC cheating.

Then we have silly statements from the Labour Party from Helen Clark down. Idiotic things like'

"I cannot see how those who are demanding the right to be able to thrash and beat children can possibly then turn around and profess concern about what is happening to our children."

Like she would know anything about children anyway.

Michele Wilkinson-Smith, in her excellent article in the New Zealand Herald on Tuesday said;

“I say the repeal of section 59 is unnecessary because in my experience it is just that—unnecessary. I never lost a case which I prosecuted on the basis of section 59 … I’ve had far fewer cases as a defence lawyer, but I’ve never fancied my chances of going to a jury and saying: ‘Look, bashing that child with a jug cord was perfectly reasonable.’ ”;

She also pointed out there have been only about three cases where defendants have been acquitted on the basis of section 59, of course, the socialists neglect to observe that those people were acquitted by a jury of their peers based on all of the evidence presented. Now all of a sudden Sue Bradford, Helen Clark and the rest of the sorry lot supporting this legislation are effectively saying that those juries were wrong and as a result we are now going to remove the defense, oh which by the way is not a ban on smacking, really, wink, wink.

So just like the stupid policing of the areas arouns schools we have a massive waste of time and effort to supposedly stop, next to nobody using Section 59 as a defence against smacking and in the process criminalising the vast majority of parents….like that makes sense.

Quote of the week

The Quote of the week come from Labour Lickspittle Tony Milne in his article tryng to accuse national of being Right Wing Religious Extremist. Clearly this is the latest talking point from the ninth floor.

However Tony utters this complete and utter bollocks in his tirade against Christians. He even titles the post "The Party of Principles"…..ready, set, buckets.
Thankfully Labour is a party of principles, not polls, and will take the side of the most vulnerable over the likes of Family First any day of the week.
I think he probably mis-spelt prinicples and actually meant prinicpals given the large number of teachers in their caucus, but if he didn't lets examine some of those principles shall we.

 • Stealing (elections, public money)
 • Forgery
 • Defecation in Public places
 • Bashing peaceful protestors
 • Lying
 • Bashing school kids
 • Perving on School girls
 • BDSM
 • Ministerial non-responsibility
 • Obfuscation

Gee quite some list of principles there, Tony. Boy am I glad I have a Labour government, NOT!!!!
