Labour's legacy – Deepening recession

JoblessFar from the oft repeated lies of the lap-bloggers and Michael Cullen he did not leave New Zealand a fine set of books and in great shape to withstand the global financial crisis.

Essentially he stalled, then tanked the economy by sucking large amounts of cash out of it on wasteful and ineffective public spending like KiwiRail.

Christ only know how Trevor Mallard was ever going to get the money for his $1 billion thstadium on the waterfront.

We are no loger in a “technical” recession, we are in a fair dinkum real one with three quarters on row of negative growth. One more and it won’t be a recession it’ll be a depression.

Labour quite simply cannot be trusted to manage out economy when they squander good years and leave behind an unmitigated financial disaster.
