Gotcha Thief!

Winston's carRemember I blogged the other day that Winston’s car was missing.

He has refused to declare whether he is buying it, refused to take calls about it and as I understand was supposed to hand it in the minute his warrant expired, which was a nono second after John key was sworn in.

Word has it that the keys and description have gone out so the car can be picked up.

Well tonight WOBH can report that we have found the car.

Ford Territory registration DAC583 can be located at 3 Ring Terrace, St Mary’s Bay. It should be easy to tow as it is parked on the footpath.

Winston's CarWhen my spy swung by earlier today they grabbed some photos of the house (CV $1.85M) where Winston lives with Jan.

This property has panoramic vistas of Westhaven, the Bridge and the Motorway – so is far more impressive than the exterior photos suggest.

It looks like Winston parks the car on the footpath as the road is quite narrow and the garage small.

Winston's houseIt looks like from the public information database that Winston and Jan are renters as the property is owned by two other people who bought it in 2003 for $1.4M. Though how long they maintain ownership may well be up to Inland Revenue who appear to have proceedings against one of the owners and there is a substantial mortgage registered against the property by Asset Finance Limited. PWC are the liquidators appointed to wind up the owners other assets.

I note on the title that there is an improvement. A flat, so perhaps Winston has the one bedroom flat there.

In order to assist the appropriate authorities I have included this handy Google map for you to find the address. I will post updates as and when they come to hand.

Hamas stops kids from attending holiday

Hamas continues to hold its iron grip on the Gaza Strip. Today Hamas prevented a group of children from going on a funded holiday.

Why? Well perhaps because the holiday was in Israel, funded by evil Jews, who probably only wanted to eat the children, or at the very least sacrifice them.

Dozens of children from Gaza who were due to enter Israel for a two-week vacation were prevented from leaving the Strip by Hamas officials on Wednesday, Israeli officials said.

Most of the children were orphans whose parents were killed during Operation Cast Lead. The Kibbutz Movement had sponsored the vacation for 47 children between the ages of four and 13.

The children were to be accompanied by five adults from the Strip as well as Arabic-speaking youth movement members from Israel, and were to be hosted in Kafr Kasem, Haifa and Kibbutz Sasa.

“Hamas prevented them from leaving today,” said Maj. Peter Lerner, the spokesman for the IDF Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories.

“Hamas was responsible for letting them get out… The press was waiting at the Erez crossing for them to come. The Kibbutz Movement was waiting for them to come,” Lerner said.

Prime Minister’s Office spokesman Mark Regev had not previously heard about the incident, but told The Jerusalem Post that “Hamas, through its actions, continually demonstrates that the last thing on its mind is the well-being of the civilian population of the Gaza Strip.”

We constantly see that it is Hamas rather than Israel that disrespects human life, disrespects children and in fact uses children as political pawns in their dangerous game of hate against Israel.

Forget Gaza, What about SOE making money off murderers?

We can forget about Gaza, the stupid Arab sand-monekys haven’t learned in 60 odd years that poking sticks into the hornets nest isn’t a winning proposition.

Forget Fiji and all the pontificating about returning to democracy yada yada yada.

Let’s instead focus the spotlight on the actions of State Owned Enterprise Kordia and their willingingness to deal and make moiney with the dictators and murdered of Burma. You won’t see me using the socialists politically correct term of Mynmar, it is Burma.

Consumist outlines the parlous state of Burma under the generals and who is aiding, abetting and profiting from helping the General create as many dead bodies as possible.

…SOE Kordia / Orcon has been involved in infrastructure projects in Burma, presumably paid for by the regime. One wonders how the Government can justify allowing a SOE to operate in such a country – surely there are other opportunities out there that don’t involve helping a regime that practices genocide?

I’m looking forward to seeing all those protesters who got so indignant over Gaza protesting outside the Chinese & Indian consulates, demanding they withdraw support for the military regime in Burma. I also look forward to a huge fuss and demands of consumer boycott of Kordia/Orcon. I’ll particularly enjoy seeing Green MP’s grilling the government about Kordia businesses in Burma and Thailand, because one can only assume they were a bit busy to do this while they were in coalition with Labour.

Unfortunately there are no helpful photo’s of kiddies covered in blood, and no nasty Jew’s in tanks shelling hospitals – because the Burmese regime doesn’t allow any journalists into the country. I guess that means that once again this tragedy will be met with a deafening silence.

I too wonder if we will see Tim Selwyn and Bomber blogging endlessly about the genocide going on there. I doubt they will, they are far more enamoured with enabling Jihad by Arabs.

Basic facts about Israel

Bomber and other Jihad-enablers like to confuse history and twist facts in their headlong rush to assist in the destruction of Israel by bands of marauding Islamic Jihadis.

Perjhaps they should learn a few facts before spouting on at the frothing socialist mouth. Facts, like these for example.

As operation Cast Lead slowly winds down in Gaza there are some important lessons to be learned. One of them is that some things never change and that every serious attempt by Israel to protect itself will be met with a wave of protests, condemnations and anti-Semitic antics. This time around was no exception. Among the highlights was a thirty thousand strong march in Paris and the burning of Israeli flags in Sweden. In Italy they burned the Star of David and carried posters of the flag disfigured with swastikas. In Athens protesters marched on the Israeli embassy, and in London 2,000 fought with police.

Yes, it was disgusting to see the spectre of the past raised by Muslim protestors aided and abetted by white liberals who should know better. I am yet to see an apology for the swastikas, yet Geert Wilders remains on trial for making a 30 minute film.

That much of the world invariably sees any effort by Israel to secure its national survival as gratuitous aggression is a result of many years of unremitting propaganda. By now it has obscured the truth to such an extent that much of the public – including most of those who hold and voice strong opinions on the subject – are almost wholly ignorant of even the most basic facts behind the Middle Eastern conflict.

The liberal media should hang their collective heads in shame at the manipulation and distortion of facts that they have perpetrated ostensibly because of their underlying anti-semitism.

The central fact of its latest installment was that Hamas is a jihadist organization bent on the wholesale murder of the Jewish people and the destruction of the state of Israel, which it seeks to accomplish by means of violence and terror. Hamas’ goals and mode of operation are enshrined in its charter, which states that “Israel, by virtue of its being Jewish and of having a Jewish population, defies Islam and the Muslims.” As to Hamas’ vision of the future, “Israel will rise and will remain erect until Islam eliminates it as it had eliminated its predecessors.” And in regard to the possibility of peace, the charter declares:

“… the so-called peaceful solutions, and the international conferences to resolve the Palestinian problem, are all contrary to the beliefs of the Islamic Resistance Movement [Hamas].”

According to Hamas’ founding document, “there is no solution to the Palestinian problem except by Jihad. The initiatives, proposals and International Conferences are but a waste of time, an exercise in futility.”

Indeed, anyone who belives that Hamas will ever make peace with Israel is seriously deluded and I have a factory that makes bridges I can sell them. The simple fact is Hamas wants every Jew dead and gone from “Palestine”.

In keeping with the above, Hamas has since its inception launched numerous suicide and mortar attacks which killed, maimed or injured thousands of Jews. Since September 2005 alone, Hamas and its associates fired well over 5000 rockets into Israel from the Gaza Strip. The great hope of the “holy” warriors behind those attacks is to hit a densely populated spot and kill as many civilians as possible.

Hamas’ goals and actions get wide sympathy throughout the Arab world where many see Israel as the root of the region’s troubles. Their complaints paint Israel as some evil genie looming over the Middle East and spitefully interfering in the affairs of the Arab people. It is the Jewish presence, they say, that prevents the peaceful and prosperous development of that part of the world. Thus the only way to move forward is to do away with the Jewish state.

If Israel willy-nilly launched thousands of rockets at random targets it would quite rightly be described as a war crime. Hamas does it and they are militants and freedom fighters. The hypocrisy of the western media and the UN is sickening.

But the fact of the country’s sheer minuteness challenges the verity of such assertions. At just over 8300 square miles, Israel comprises less than one half of one percent of the Middle Eastern territory. The purported source of instability in that large area, Israel is in fact smaller than the state of New Jersey. Amazingly, one can drive across the country near its widest extent – from the shore of the Dead Sea to the Mediterranean on the other side – in just over 90 minutes. Being only 290 miles long, a modern fighter jet can cover the space between Israel’s two most distant points in less than 10 minutes.

Israel’s population of 7.3 million is smaller than that of Virginia. More than twenty percent – nearly 1.5 million – are Arabs while five percent is composed of other ethnic minorities. That means that there are 5.5 million Jews in Israel. That figure represents a miniscule portion of the overall population of the Middle East, which stands at some 230 million. In light of this, it is hard to believe that the tiny Jewish remnant is somehow responsible for all of the region’s problems.

Moreover, few of Israel’s critics realize that the Israeli Arabs enjoy more freedom and rights than do their brothers living in Arabic countries. To put it another way, the Jewish state treats its Arab citizens better than Arab regimes treat their own people. As full-fledged citizens, Israeli Arabs have the benefit of the same rights and privileges as their Jewish counterparts. They can practice whichever religion they choose, they can freely express their opinions and they can vote. Such is the equality that a number of Arabs have been elected to the Knesset, the Israel’s parliament.

Arabs, however, refuse to reciprocate in their homes countries. Saudi Arabia, for example, does not allow Israeli Jews to enter its territory. In other countries, merely being Jewish can put one in danger of life. In those Arab states where Jews are allowed to live, they usually do so as a discriminated minority.

Yes Israel is way smaller than even New Zealand, our land area is 103,738 square miles. Israel is only 290 miles long, about the distance from Auckland to Waiouru. The important part here is that all citizens are equal in Israel and Israel is the only truly democratic country in teh Middle East. So when we hear the wailers and hand-wringer calling for democracy in our Pacific neighbours ask why they do not insist on the same to Jordan, Syria or Iran.

This treatment is symptomatic of a mindset that sees Jews as intruders in that part of the world. The Arab claims notwithstanding, the fact is that Jews have a stronger claim to their land than almost any other national group has to theirs. They flourished and had a kingdom in Israel more than three thousand years ago and have maintained presence there ever since. There are, in fact, only two other national groups that have lived in their homelands for a comparable period of time – the Chinese and Indians (in India). All other peoples moved into their present territories long after the Jews had first settled in Israel. Even such seemingly long-established nations as the English, Germans or Italians are all newcomers by historical standards. All of them established themselves in their present location after the birth of Christ (a Jew), well over a millennium after Jews had made Israel their home. The same, of course, applies to Arabs who only began emerging as a presently recognizable people toward the dawn of the Common Era. And it was not until the seventh century AD that Arabs would make their way across the Jordan during the first Islamic expansion. By that time the Jews had lived in their land for well over sixteen hundred years.

The contention that Jews are intruders in the Middle East is one of the most absurd claims in political history, as Israel is without question the ancestral home of the Jewish people. They flourished and created a magnificent culture there long before the Arabs first invaded the region. By every reasonable standard – by their ancient roots, by their continuous presence as well as by virtue of being able to maintain a viable and prosperous state at present time – Jews are unquestionably entitled to their land. The fact that theirs is the only democratic, tolerant and modern society in that mostly dark and backward region is not to be glossed over either.

Absurb claims they may be but the media lap them up and Jihad-enablers like Bomber repeat them as though they were gospel.

That Jews should not live in their homeland is not the only absurd assertion in the Middle Eastern conflict. Another one is that there is an authentic national group known as “Palestinians.” Even though it may come as a shock to many, historically there is no such people. Both the term and the “nation” which it is supposed to denote were first coined in the late 1960 for the purposes of political expediency. Those who are unaware of this may be interested in some historical background.

The name Palestine was first applied to the land by the Romans after they had defeated Jews in a war that ended in AD 126. The enraged Romans changed the country’s name in an effort to eradicate the memory of the defeated enemy after that protracted and bloody struggle. To add insult to injury, their choice of name was inspired by the Jews’ former mortal enemies – the Philistines. At the time the new designation was first used, however, the Philistines had already disappeared from history and were extinct as an ethnic group. But the label stuck which is why the region is sometimes referred to as Palestine.

Then in 1967 – almost 1800 years after the term Palæstina was first used – certain Arab refuges began calling themselves “Palestinians.” This was done in order to create the impression they were the descendants of an ancient people indigenous to that land. The whole premise was patently false, since the vast majority of those “Palestinians” were full-fledged Arabs, mostly from surrounding countries. They were Arab ethnically, they spoke the Arabic language, they had Arabic culture, and like most Arabs they practiced Islam. Until 1967 they identified and thought of themselves as Arabs, but in that year they suddenly metamorphosed into “Palestinians.” Prior to that time, they had never referred to themselves as such. Neither there has ever been in all of previous history any mention of a “Palestinian” nation.

The concept of a “Palestinian” nation is simply a modern fabrication and a highly disingenuous one at that. No one has defined its purposes better than Zuhair Muhsin, military commander of the PLO and member of the PLO Executive Council, who in March 1977 said:

“There are no differences between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. We are all part of one nation [the Arab nation]. It is only for political reasons that we carefully underline our Palestinian identity… yes, the existence of a separate Palestinian identity serves only tactical purposes. The founding of a Palestinian state is a new tool in the continuing battle against Israel”.

Sad but true. There is no such ethnic people as Palestinians and the whole name of Palestine was made up as an insult by the Romans to the Jews who they conquered. The name fell into dis-use with the rise of the Mamluk Empire and later the Ottoman Empire until resurrected by the British.

Rather than being legitimate heirs to that ancient region, the so-called “Palestinians” are simply a weapon in the hands of those who want to take over the Jewish homeland. As the actions of Yasser Arafat, Hamas and other “Palestinian” groups make abundantly clear, establishing a Palestinian state is not what their struggle is really about. It is about killing Jews and destroying the state of Israel.

Many myths have been woven around the Middle Eastern conflict. The two that stand out the most are that Jews are intruders in their ancestral homeland and that there is a historic “Palestinians” nation. Those who condemn and march against Israel would do well to acquaint themselves with relevant facts. If they do so, they will realize how much of what they believe is lies and propaganda.

They won’t though because it doesn’t suit their world view, a world view that sees liberals supporting religious extremists from Islam and fighting the religious right in their own country….funny how that works isn’t it?

Health board head expects minister to give him sack

Health board head expects minister to give him sackOtago District Health Board chairman Richard Thomson expects to be sacked after his refusal last night to resign when asked to do so by Health Minister Tony Ryall. Mr Thomson said the minister had listened to what he had told him… [NZ Herald Politics]

Good, best you pack your bags then.

Oh don’t let the door hit you in the arse on the way out.

[shakes head] Haven’t these turkeys realised that the government changed on the 8 November last year?

Tulip Chompers put off New Zealand

Dutch tourists are apparently being put off New Zealand by recent negative publicity.

That’s sad news. No doubt they’ll be taking their children to for a nice family holiday to next door Belgium instead.

Without needlessly defaming our Belgian friends (who our forefathers proudly liberated all those years ago… twice) the point is that bad things happen all around the world. It’s a shame that New Zealand is now in the Dutch spotlight.

Oh hell why not defame Belgians? Belgium, the doormat to France for Germans to wipe their feet on.

See what really goes on at the call centre of a low cost airline

I’d say anyone who has ever flown with a low cost airline will have experienced something similar to this short little clip that pokes fun at all the little tricks used to sell you a seat. How many times have you fallen for the cheap airfare that ended up costing you more than you thought?

IAF Hits Hamas Smuggling Tunnels

One wonders whether Hamas will ever embrace peace. They kill a soldier and Israel hammers their tunnels. When will they learn that Israel will not be bullied.

IAF aircraft have hit a number of Hamas smuggling tunnels on the Southern border of the Gaza Strip. This was in response to the attack against an IDF force in the area of Kissufim on the morning of January 27th, in which one IDF Warrant Officer was killed and three other IDF personnel were wounded, including one severe injury, when Palestinians detonated an explosive device against an IDF force patrolling on the Israeli side of the Gaza Strip security fence.

Yesterday evening, IAF aircraft, using intelligence provided by the ISA, attacked a terror operative in Khan Younes, who was prominent in the organization accountable for the attack in Kissufim.

The IDF sees Hamas as accountable for preserving the peace in Israel’s southern villages and will respond harshly to any attempt of undermining it.

Losers

This is a story about losers. Cowards who seek permanent solutions to temporary problems.

A man fatally shot his wife, five young children and himself, claiming in a note he faxed to a TV station that the couple had just been fired from their hospital jobs and together planned the killings as an escape for the whole family.

“Why leave our children in someone else’s hands,” Ervin Lupoe wrote in a letter posted late Tuesday on the KABC-TV website.

The station called police after receiving the fax, and a police dispatch center also received a call from a man who stated, “I just returned home and my whole family’s been shot.”

Officers rushed to the home in Wilmington, a small community between the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, about 8:30 a.m., apparently within minutes of the killings. Officers could still smell the gunshot residue in the air.

Although the fax asserted that Ana Lupoe planning the killings of the whole family, police Lt. John Romero said Ervin Lupoe was the suspect. A revolver was found next to his body.

I have no time for drop kicks like this wanker. The sad part is that in his cowardice he killed his kids as well. Suicide is only a solution for losers. If they want to  make an ad camaign to stop suicide then please pick me to make it. There won’t be any sob story bullshit coming from this direction.

People who commit suicide are losers and cowards. The only people worse that them are the ones whose life is so pathetic they try and fail at that too. Losers, can’t even kill themselves properly.

No job is worthing dying for, certainly no job in any hospital is worth killing your kids over and then topping yourself like a coward. Oh and don’t get me started on the five kids under 8, have a heart bullshit. If they couldn’t afford the kids then why breed ‘em.

Cowards. BTW if anyone ever rings me up in teh middle of the night seeking counselling about killing themselves they will be told to “Do it already, stop waking me up, I don’t care and don’t want to know, just do it, I only want to talk to people interested in living, now fuck off, loser”

Nothing to stop Fiji elections this year – Clark

Nothing to stop Fiji elections this year – ClarkFiji would stay in crisis until it held democratic elections, says former prime minister Helen Clark. Miss Clark, now Labour’s foreign affairs spokeswoman, said today there was nothing to stop Fiji holding elections this year and… [NZ Herald Politics]

Why can’t she just STFU.

There are plenty of very good reasons for not holding an election in Fiji. Since Clark seems incredibly stupid as do most of the MSm in New Zealand, I will list them for you.

  1. There hasn’t been a census since 2000.
  2. The current constitution entrenches racism and disenfranchises over 50% of the population
  3. The Peoples Charter hasn’t been ratified.
  4. The new non-racial constitution guaranteeing one vote, one person and eliminating the Gerrymander that is the Great Council of Chiefs hasn’t been agreed.
  5. Corruption and nepotism is still rampant but slowly being stamped out.

If an election were held tomorrow under the labour sponsored racist constitution there will be more coups guaranteed. With true democracy being restored to Fiji by Frank Bainimarama we aer likely to see a stable Fiji. There has never been a non-racist constitution since independence in 1970.

New Zealand and Australia should cut out the finger wagging and actually offer to assist the Commodore. To do otherwise will drive Fiji into the arms of China.
