    Except JK didn't write the script… He was probably embarrassed by some of them. In one report I've seen the top 10 was mostly written by Letterman writers….

    I wonder if no. 4 will come back to bite him!
    What about all those americans who have already booked to come over in the next 30 days? He could be a very busy taxi service!

        Oh, come on now, get real…..
        It's a ***fricken talk-show*** and isn't meant to be taken seriously (like most American TV). Pretty much every guest on Letterman is a patsy for him anyway. As for *k*owtowing to the Americans (yes, you need to learn to spell), that's bullshit too. FFS, any appearance on a US TV show would be "kowtowing to the Americans", according to you.
        Bugger off to New York and snuggle up with your beloved Helen "Dracula" Clark"…..
