As reported here exclusively yesterday at Whaleoil the Maori Party and their elite maoritocracy backers of the chosen five iwi have sold out other Maori, Pakeha and other forest owners for what really amounts to blankets and beads.

They have agreed to support the National party and their unelected advisory group gets a state-funded junket to Copenhagen all for a measly $25 million. Meanwhile the $2 billion worth of carbon credit assets/land value are instantly thrown away and the biggest devastation to New Zealand’s economy will be rushed though under urgency into law before Friday.

I am ashamed to be a member of the National Party. National and the Maori Party have destroyed nearly $4 billion dollars in wealth and knobbled the competitiveness of the country in one go. It is therefore appropriate that on this evil day when the agreement was reached to kill the New Zealand economy John Key was wearing a pink tie. The irony was certainly not lost on me.

If there are any National MPs with any spine they will cross the floor over this deal, and vote down this law. It is undemocratic, it is wrong and it is based upon flawed and demonstrably false science and worse it will destroy our economy.

Lies about Climate Change have been told by those who believe in anthropogenic global warming. What does NZ do now? The ETS must not be rushed through parliament.

The truth about why Climate Change is happening now has to be thoroughly, and scientifically, researched. The peer-reviewed liars have been caught. If they have told one lie how many others? What is the truth?

The ETS should be parked and the science verified, at a very minimum, how ever long that takes. There is no rush, if necessary abolish the existing ETC legislation that is due to come into force in January, but end this farce now.

The one thing we can say for sure now is that the science is most definitely NOT settled, it is probably made up, misconstrued or doctored but it isn’t settled.

As the world Climate Change/Warmist consensus falls down around the lying scientists ears, meanwhile back here in New Zealand it is business as usual. What sort of Mickey Mouse outfit do we have here?

How can the biggest danger to our economy be passed under urgency so that New Zealand and its aging kapa haka group can wave a piece of paper at a dead conference in Copenhagen to say we were first and all based on science that is daily proven to be a lie?

Despite months of planning, and taxpayer expense in setting up his office just metres aways from Auckland Central MP Nikki Kaye’s, Phil “assume the position” Twyford tonight announced the worst kept secret in NZ politics.

Phil “assume the position” Twyford is taking one in the pooper again for the party and going to try to stand in Waitakere.

Paula Bennett will be laughing her considerable tits off at the prospect of a professional carpet-bagger trying to be a westie, meanwhile the second worst secret that Labour will put up the air-head and “incredibly privileged” Jacinda Ardern against Nikki kaye will now come into play which is why Trevor “Putin” Mallard has been the buddy MP for Waikato since the election.

Poor old Phil “assume the position” Twyford, long Helen’s heir apparent for Mt Albert, was given one in the chook because of the Tizard effect and Phil wanted to parachute his pal in from Baghdad and now has to take one in the Gary again to get an “incredibly privileged” air-head into Auckland Central to try to unseat Nikki Kaye.

The only issue Jacinda has, apart from being “incredibly privileged” is that there will be a 10 way fight from every Labour lackie and lickspittle from Jordan “Trade is immoral” Carter to the old warhorse Judith Tizard to all the ousted CityVision candidates from the local body election.

I ask because The Whale’s spies have been furiously sending documents to the tipline today about a scandal that could only be described as “Free flights for ETS votes”

Nick Smith has been roundly condemned by Fran O’Sullivan and even by his friend Rod Oram over the weekend for his mad and pointless rush to ram through his ETS under urgency this week. This is now especially crazy inlight of the emerging scandal amongst the scientists who have colluded to lie to the world about Global Warming.

To do that, as Fran and Oram note, he needs the Maori Party.

There have been leaks all week about $100 billion woman Sacha McMeeking wanting a cool $2 billion of carbon credits for her iwi in exchange for telling the Maori Party they must support Mad Nick, but Whaleoil’s spies close to the negotiations between National and Maori say it is even more venal than that.

Last week, McMeeking’s Iwi Leadership Group suggested that it and kaumatua should henceforth accompany Climate Change Negotiations Minister Tim Groser on all his overseas trips, starting with the big Copenhagen conference next month.

The deal was “pay for our airfares and hotel rooms, and for our granddads, and we’ll tell our client party, the Maori Party, to give its votes to you.” Whaleoil’s spies in the negotiation room say it was a bottom line.

And whaddya think Nick Smith said?

“Get fucked.  We’ve had Hone in Paris already this year and we campaigned against Labour sending kaumatua all around the world to pick up heads as so forth”????

He wrote back essentially saying “no prob, bro”.

In his formal response to the McMeeking group, dated Thursday, he said: “I would welcome the assistance of ILG delegates – and kaumatua – at Copenhagen and subsequent meetings.”

Problem is, Smith’s not even going to Copenhagen.  It’s Groser who’ll have to look after the elderly kapa haka group.

Copenhagen is a dead duck. Firstly it was winged by the failure of politicians to get any consensus before hand and secondly it was shot dead by the leaks of 1000′s of emails showing that the main scientists behind the majority of data supporting the lie that is Climate Change and Global Warming have lied and been lying to us for decades.

If were not bad enough that the Maori Party has prostituted itself in the interests of a select few of the elite maoritocracy but they also wanted to indulge in a bit of state funded troughing as well. As a mate of mine says, they wanted to “live it up on the large”.

If the contents of the documents received via the tipline are real then Nick Smith must resign. I will publish those documents tomorrow morning.

In addition there is simply no need to rush this legislation, no need for it in the first place and real cause to stop and have a “cup of tea” to review the fall out from the destruction of the reputation of the leading scientists supporting Global Warming.

Finally someone has blown the whistle on the hokum science, the lies, the bullying and in fact the whole shebang of the whole crooked smelly bag of shit that Global Warming/Climate Change is by releasing 1000′s of emails between Warmist scientists.

Peer Reviewed scientists should be more like smear reviewed. The liars are caught.

This is the end of Global Warming lie, mark my words, the media is now picking up what the blogs have been running for days, and the emails are being propagated everywhere. Copenhagen is now dead in the water and so should our ETS based on the evidence of these emails.

I have no idea who put this together, but it does seem to work quite well. For example, typing in the  keyword “moron” yields an interesting email.  So does typing in the name of a prominent climate “bulldog”.

Do a search for “salinger” and you get 29 results proving that Jim Salinger is a member of the conspiracy.

Here is just one excerpt of how involved Jim Salinger was, corresponding with Michael Mann over a beating up of a contrarian view. If this series of emails shows anything it shows that the phrase “peer-reviewed” will now be held in complete contempt.

The authors of the original will have a right of reply, so need to ensure that they don’t have anything to come back on. 1. The first difference type filtering. A few minor points
- there are some negative R*R values just after equation 3.
- I’m sure Tom Wigley wouldn’t have proposed El Nino events occurring after volcanoes!
Attached this paper as well. From a quick read it doesn’t say what is purported – in fact it seems to show clearly how the analysis should have been done.
- there is a paper by Ben Santer (more recent) where he applies the same type of extraction procedure to models. I’ll send this separately as it is large. In case it is too large here is the reference.

Finally I’ve attached a paper I wrote in 1990, where I did something similar to what they did. I looked at residuals from a Gaussian filter, and I added the smoothed data back afterwards. I was working at the annual timescale and I did have many more years.

While Transparency International says we are the least corrupt nation on earth we have the irony unfolding right in front of us of a political party more corrupt than Winston First and politicians more corrupt than Winston Peters himself.

I am talking of course about the Maori Party. A party that has made it clear this week that all policy is for sale, not just for horse trading under the MMP system but genuinely for sale.

We have the bizarre situation where our democracy is actually shown to be a farce and that big maori business interests are simply buying policy that suits them.

The Maori Party is deeply divided over changes to the emissions trading scheme – but is unlikely to split its vote on the issue.

Sources say that they expect the party will continue to support the Government on the bill, despite the fact that three of its five MPs oppose it.
