    Yes I have thought about it…….oh for about a nano-second, then I realised you were once again talking shit and trying to label something. The problem lies not with neo-liberal policies but with the lack of an organisation such as the ASIC, or the ACCC and the lack of proper prudential jurisdiction.

    Australia has not had anywhere near the issues the finance sector in NZ has had because those organisations that I mention have teeth and aren't afraid to use them.

    Far as I can tell this is business as usual – I mean this is Auckland we are talking about, it happens in other places but only in Auckland do you have a Paritai Drive where you can bang up a 30 million dollar set of concrete fingers while you stand on the deck sipping a glass of fine pinot gris and jokingly say to Eric, `ungrateful bastards, I saved them from taking a bath m8, I deserve this mansion, cut me another line E'……

    What an ugly house? Which council is responsible for giving the planning permit? Most of these half pie crooks have enough sense to build in Ausie , Fiji , the UK or the South of France. He must be particulary thick to build something like this in NZ…Oh well , at least security people will be kept in work..
