Eric Roy gets it spot on.

He makes it to the WOBH MP of the month award with a simple, clear concise sentence. A pity some of our other MPs are still slumbering through their holidays.

    Thank goodness he’s knocked Commie Clare Curren out of the race. Whale, can I suggest anyone with membership of 2 unions (and bloody GREENPEACE) is and unfit person to even be in Parliament, let alone winning the WOBH MP of the Month award?

    Eric Roy has spent nearly two decades in Parliament – (with one spell of enforced ex-MPism due to the ‘Bill English Era’ of 21%) – much of it spent in a mute torpor as he and Ross Robertson compete for the “Longest Serving MP Who Achieved Nothing Beyond A Zero Percent Name Recognition” award.

    However this comment and observation is pin on accurate and he is to be congratulated!

    I cannot wait for the spring of 2022 for his next noteworthy utterance….

    He may not do a great deal on a national basis, but as the local electorate MP for Invercargill, he works tirelessly to ensure the interests of Southland are promoted and that his constituents are well represented, also in his position as an Assistant Speaker he works hard supporting Dr. The Hon Lockwood Smith, which may prevent him from speaking publicly about events in the media. (other than issues he is especially passionate about). I wholeheartedly support Mr Roy for WOBH MP of the Month!
