In court again tomorrow

I’m in court again tomorrow. Auckland District Court at 10:00am for a Status hearing. It should be a bit longer than other appearances.

I thought I might ask the judge that if I plead guilty to all 9 charges can I have a discharge without conviction and permanent name suppression.

Of course on the other hand they might try and slap me with a contempt charge and a spell in the big house.

  • Redford

    Good Luck.

  • Cocklebay guy

Goodluck for tommorow. I’ll keep an eye on your postings to hear that the case has been thrown out so the police can put there heads back in the sand.

  • Rob

The criminal class don’t turn up so they book more work than they could ever handle, especially as it takes 5 minutes to do what, common sense, would dictate is 30 seconds. It’s all part of the Game. Try to stay awake and pay attention. Even you would be surprised at how stupid the whole process gets.

On a more practical note, is there any place we can send a donation towards your costs? I know lawyers cost $50 as soon as they pick up the phone to talk to you.

  • petal

    $50? I don’t get classy ones like that myself…

  • Marty

maybe you could catch a ride with Millie to save costs, if you can find her…..

  • kehua

Take it easy mate, the Gods of common sense and decency ride with you.

  • bigkev

  • Teflon Tom

Hey WO, Would love to be there to throw fruit and veg at the bench but I’ll be in Whangarei agitiating about my favourite paedophile. I hope your brief has a nasty hangover to help him angrily decimate this idiocy and perhaps root out where the rocks are really being thrown from.
Good luck and as my roman friends say” non illegitimus carborundum”

  • david
