In All Honesty, it is the wrong SOE. He should be on the board of Kiwirail where he can suffer in the misery of his own doing. When he runs it into the ground we can convert it all into one long cycleway! Call it the Cullen way as a memory of how he squandered taxpayers money over 9 long years.
