What’s the point in paying for skills that don’t directly lead to measurable gains in performance. I mean the All Blacks don’t get extra pay for doing drills and improving skills. They get paid for winning. That’s the real world. Isn’t it time teachers got with it.

After all they have shown they are completely inept when it comes to campaigns by getting walked over by Chopper Tolley on national standards, so Chopper can take the long handle to them again with a lot of confidence. Labour thought Chopper referred to helicopters, silly them.
