What is it about the mullet that is so visually offensive ?
I can see that there is a sociological component to the approbation the mullet attracts: it has a strong association with the ill educated and bigoted. That however does not explain why it offends the eye as much as it does.
This mullet is particularly disturbing: the tail looks like it is some form of tumorous growth extending from the base of the neck.
