Court Tomorrow

Tomorrow is my day in court to defend 10 charges of breaching name suppression. The case starts at 10am at the Auckland District.

We will finally get to see where the law stands. Protecting criminals or protecting victims.

Any surplus funds raised will be donated equally between the RSA Welfare Fund and the Ex-Vietnam Services Association, in honour of those who fought for our rights to freedom of speech.

Interesting that prosecutors in dictatorships, etc just love having ‘show trials’ as a deterrent to others. However it seems in NZ the last thing the prosecutor and judge wants is a ‘show trial’ here.

You have to wonder when the cost of the show is guaranteed to be more than the revenue they will make from it. What a waste of Tax payers’ money.
That makes it a show trial for me.

Remember the judiciary believe that they know best, that without them the whole system would break down, without them children would be killed in their homes, women would be raped by predators they already know, policeman would be killed on duty, hang on we have that now so what the fuck do judges do again oh that’s right fill our prisons and collect big fat fuckin cheques, it’s Godzone mate, we’re the best little country in the world and we have the judges to thank for that. Yee haa let freedom ring….
