Bob Jones – Give that man a medal

Here is something that is bloody funny – Bob Jones recently evicted/terminated the lease of one of his tenants in Featherston Street. The tenant was a bit shitty and put up a note on the glass as he was exiting.

That was promptly removed and Bob has taken revenge as only he could do tens times and bad and for months and possibly years longer.

Interesting that yet again we have another Greek from Wellington who does not pay his bills. What is it with Greeks in Wellington and failure to pay their bills.

All of Bob’s books are good but if you want an especially good laugh , you should read his book titled…”"Degrees for Everyone.”

I used to get off most of my parking / speeding tickets back in the 80′s by writing in and telling them I was a friend of Bob Jones and a shareholder in his company and threatening to get him involved … those were the days!!

What has Bob Jones got against Massey?

Wasnt one of Jones investment mantras- never be involved in retail- they are bloody useless.
I thought he was an office block/factory type of investor for that reason.

    Follow your own advice Bob

Another sad weenie forever immortalized through being a victim of a Bobbing.

I, too have read and enjoyed most of his books, and one of the best was 80′s Letters.

I especially liked his letter to MOT HQ re a speeding ticket. Something like “…I wrote to you a month ago to complain about your officer’s stupidity and have yet to get a reply. I presume the delay arises from either incompetence or the large volume of complaints you are dealing with”

He was also notable for dealing swiftly to the race relations orifice, maori activists, “artistic” types, and herald columnists.

Was this the same Bob Jones who kept unloading his shares on to the Public while telling all and sundry how cheap they were?
