WTF?

Any doubt that Bernard Orsman is an ex-officio member of Len Brown’s staff have been removed to today.

Auckland Mayor Len Brown is winning the battle for greater openness of council business and more public access to the workings of council controlled organisations.

That would be funny if it wasn’t so serious. The headline alone is extremely offensive. “Mayor’s push for openness brings results“.

That’d be the openness that he used in deciding to reward his campaign team with plum CCo appointments in secret?

That’d be the openness he displayed when organising a witch-hunt for the person who did want openness?

Len Brown is a fraud and Bernard Orsman is a lickspittle masquerading as a churnalist.

Openess, yeah right!

Who was at Volare?

Why hasn’t Len Brown provided answers to the Ombudsmen?

Who else was nominated but thrown aside in len’s secret meetings?

This is some sort of joke, right? Openness and Len Brown cannot possibly be used in the same sentence. The man is a mess, but, hey, you guys voted for him.

Indeed PB – “Transparent Len Brown” is the ultimate Auckland oxymoron.

Anyone see Len on the news tonight? His solution to solve Aucklands traffic problems… have parents put their children on public transport to get them to school… thats other parents of course, not him cause he enjoys spending time with the kids during the ride… public transport… for other people.

Exactly : No travelling out of zone unless you use public transport!
    Done.-
Actually the morning buses are infested with the bligthers, none of them give up their subsidised seats – thats right their half fares are given a susidy by the ratepayers, as the bus companies charge full price for everyone. If you have a gold card or a students discount then the ratepayers ( or Govt for the gold cards) are paying for your ride.
Question how many people are paying full price. Could it be as low as 50%??

I think you have missed my point… Once again we have Len telling us to do something that he is not prepared to do himself. Why doesn’t he lead the way and start sending his kids to school on the bus and catch the train to work?
