Update on Scum

The scum who blamed the earthquake of lesbians and poofs might not be around for too much longer.

Via the tipline

…just been reading about the scum earthquake site.  I was chatting with bluehost, and the guy? there said he’d been dealing with nothing else tonight, but gave me the email address tos@bluehost.com to complain to.  I’ve done so, but you might need to update the address in your post. Don. Doing ok in Chch

There you go people, keep complaining it is having an effect. Take them down by overwhelming the hosts with complaints. My friends on the left could also help by highlighting the scum and how we can deal with them (Thank you Bomber).

Meanwhile the scum keeps popping up in Christchurch.

Residents warned of hoax earthquake officials – These scum should be hung, drawn and quartered. At the very least chained to a large block of fallen masonry and given a shovel and put to work.

Same with medium security and lower security prisoners. They could make their miserable lives useful for once helping the people of Christchurch they preyed on when they were thieving and bashing.

I'm still wondering

Yesterday I pondered whether Cehill Pienaar had filled in his immigration application honesty and completely. I also ponder whether or not he answered Question H3, the next to last question honestly and truthfully in full?
immigration application form question h3
If he does not fall into that category, who does?
Also via the tipline I have been provided with an extract from the Immigration Operations Manual:

A5.25 Applicants normally ineligible for a residence class visa unless granted a character waiver.

Applicants who will not normally be granted a residence class visa, unless granted a character waiver (see A5.25.1(b) below), include any person who has been:

  1. convicted at any time of any offence against the immigration, citizenship or passport laws of any country; or
  2. convicted at any time of any offence involving prohibited drugs; or
  3. convicted at any time of any offence involving dishonesty; or
  4. convicted at any time of any offence of a sexual nature; or
  5. convicted at any time of any offence for which they were sentenced to a term of imprisonment (whether the sentence was of immediate effect or was deferred or was suspended in whole or in part); or
  6. convicted (whether in New Zealand or not) of an offence committed at any time when the applicant was in New Zealand unlawfully or was the holder of a temporary entry class visa or held a temporary permit under the Immigration Act 1987 or was exempt under that Act from the requirement to hold a permit, being an offence for which the court has power to impose imprisonment for a term of three months or more; or
  7. convicted at any time of any offence involving violence; or
  8. convicted at any time during the last five years, of an offence (including a traffic offence), involving dangerous driving, driving having consumed excessive alcohol (including drunk driving and driving with a blood or breath alcohol content in excess of a specified limit) or driving having consumed drugs; or
  9. in the course of applying for a New Zealand visa (or a permit under the Immigration Act 1987), has made any statement or provided any information, evidence or submission that was false, misleading or forged, or withheld material information; or
  10. at any time in a public speech or public comments, or public broadcast, or in publicly distributing or publishing a document;
    1. argues that one race or colour is inherently inferior or superior to another race or colour; or
    2. used language intended to encourage hostility or ill will against any person or group of persons on the basis of colour, race or ethnic or national origins of that person or group; or
  11. has been, or is, a member of (or adheres or has adhered to) any organisation or group of people which (at the time of the person’s membership or adherence) had objectives or principles based on:
    1. hostility against people or groups of people on the basis of colour, race, or ethnic or national origins; or
    2. an assumption that persons of a particular race or colour are inherently inferior or superior to other races or colours; or
  12. in support of any application by another person for a New Zealand visa (or a permit under the Immigration Act 1987), has made any statement or provided any information, evidence or submission that was false, misleading or forged.

Note: When considering whether or not an applicant has committed an act that comes under A5.25 (i), (j) or (k) or (l) above, an immigration officer should establish whether, on the balance of probabilities, it is more likely than not that the applicant committed such an act.

It is as clear as the nose on Nelson Mandela’s face that Cehill Pienaar meets all of those criteria highlighted. I have provided several blog posts with the evidence of such activity. Note that both the immigration form and also the immigration guidelines don’t actually ask whether or not you have renounced this behaviours, they simply ask whether ot not you were involved, and Cehill Pienaar was most definitely involved.

People have been thrown out of the country for far less.

Singapore Army materiel on the dock in Auckland

via the tipline

Photos of the some Singapore Army materiel on the dock in Auckland. This gear will have been here for the current joint exercise being undertaken between the NZDF and Singapore Army. The troops have been since deployed to help in Christchurch.

I have identified the  The Singapore Self-Propelled Howitzer 1 (SSPH 1) Primus 155mm sleg-propelled Howitzer and the Bronco All Terrain Tracked Carrier (ATTC).

The SSPH1 Primus was tested in NZ during develoipment:

As land in Singapore is scarce, firing tests were first done at the Waiouru Army Camp live-firing range in New Zealand as part of Exercise Thunder Warrior in February 2004

More Scum

I have been alerted to more stories of scum who should be gut shot.

TelstraClear says thieves have stolen three back-up generators that it had been using to power roadside cabinets in Christchurch, meaning those cabinets were now running on battery power, threatening fixed-line services for up to 1500 homes and businesses.

and;

The home of TV producer Donna Manning, missing in the Canterbury TV building, has been burgled overnight.

A solo mum, her children were yesterday keeping a vigil outside the building when the house was robbed, her brother Maurice Gardiner told TV1.

Mr Gardiner said the actions of “some uncouths” had increased the suffering of Manning’s family.

“Bad things happen. We are all suffering bad things as a result of this earthquake that we can’t help.”

While people across the city were suffering, he said many were in the position that their valuables had been left in the open.

He pleaded for respect from the “criminal element”.

“Just respect, if you know what that means.”

They are uncouth, they are scum who should be gut-shot and left to die. They have no respect they are opportunists and did I mention scum.

I think the Police need a SOS policy – Shoot on Sight – for looter and thieves.

Meanwhile a different kind of scum are also operating out there. These are religious bigot type scum who are blaming the earthquake on child prostitution, a gay festival and general depravity in Christchurch. I’m not kidding.

Christchurch was founded by a group of devout church going Anglicans, who built a new city with a Cathedral at its centre. They wanted to build a city where God was at the centre of their lives, physically and spiritually. Even the name of the city reflects their intention.

Five generations later, the city chose to tolerate 12 year old girls working as prostitutes on its streets — the result of legislation imposed on NZ by Helen Clark’s government. From the moment that happened, (this is in a city with the spiritual heritage of Christchurch!!), it was only a matter of time before there was a warning from on high.

The warning finally came in September 2010, before dawn broke on what was planned as a week long festival of deliberate and calculated insults to God — L&P week, ie Lesbians and Poofter Week. The high point (low point) of the week was a gender-bending public display of perversion on the Biblical New Year holiday (Rosh Hashanah).

The fact that they have used a domain name to focus ont eh Christchurch earthquake shows that they are clearly linking all this to “god’s wrath”.

There is something that readers can do. They can copy and paste this email to the site’s web hosts Bluehost.

Subject: Website complaint

Hello,
I wish to file a complaint against the following website christchurchquake.net. This website is in violation of your Terms of Service, Section 9, part 14.

Section 9, part 14 states:
Obscene, Defamatory, Abusive or Threatening Language. Use of the Services to store, post, transmit, display or otherwise make available obscene, defamatory, harassing, abusive or threatening language is prohibited.

We ask that in memory of the 75 people that lost their lives, that you close the site to stop causing offense to the victims.

Thanks.

It sickens me as a christian that there are people out there like this. They certainly don’t know the caring forgiving god that I know. If readers can let me know via the tipline of other outrages against the people of Christchurch at this time then please let me know.

I'm wondering

I’m wonder how Cehill Pienaar got the right to stay in NZ?
I also wonder if he declared his previous background in South Africa as revealed on this blog on his immigration application forms, which all require certain information:
Questions H5 and H6 from immigration application form

Questions H5 and H6 from immigration application form

Now, I wonder how he got in here with his background?
Did he declare his background?
If he didn’t declare his background, will Immigration revoke any visa he has now?
Will they prosecute him for failing to provide relevant information?
Or will he be regarded as a National party member in good standing and be left alone because of the embarrassment he might cause?

Rodney First Meet the Candidates Meeting

Many thanks to all those who have contacted the tip line after last nights first meet the candidates in Rodney.

The real outcome was there was no real change in the way the race is shaping up. Brent did not do enough to prevent all those who think he is unethical to change their minds. Scott confirmed his front runner status with a solid performance.

The only strange thing was Brent, Scott and Chris all went negative, which is the cardinal sin in selection. It puts off delegates and they get very, very annoyed with people who attack their fellow party members. For someone as experienced as Scott this was an odd move and it may mean it is time to look closely at his advisors. They may need rapid replacement with actual professionals to ensure Scott doesn’t lose the unloseable selection.

Several allegedly “concerned” people have mentioned they have now seen the delegate list and Scott has colluded with Regional Chair Alan Towers to rig the regional delegate list. This blog is unsure how to react to these claims, mainly because Scott has been around the party for so long that it is likely that any list of regional delegates will be supporting him due to his service in the party.

Alan Towers does not have a reputation for deviousness, and it would be strange to think that Scott would try to rig the selection when he knows that this blog will out any attempt to do so in the interests of fairness. Anyone with further information about this should contact the tip line.

Palmerston North Selection Review

Last night was the second meet the candidates event in Palmerston North. People inside the room have provided the following feedback.

Of the four candidates it appears only Roger is out of the running, as he has few connections to the electorate and doesn’t speak well. Joanne has supporters, as does Karen, but like Roger, both are struggling to explain how they will win the seat of Palmerston North for National. This is a topic that the only local candidate, Leonie Hapeta, has dealt with competently.

The night was notable for the strong delivery of Karen Rolleston, who came across as in control, but made the fatal mistake of comparing herself to John Key. Unfortunately for Karen, John had proved himself on an international stage, whereas Karen has been moderately effective only in Auckland. There is also something a little gauche in comparing yourself to the most popular Prime Minister in living memory.

Even stranger is Karen equating the very, very safe blue seat of Helensville to Palmerston North. There are almost no comparisons, as Helensville is so blue that even when National was winning 20.93% John Key won the seat when the former MP, Brian Neeson, ran as an independent and took 5644 votes.

Helensville is not Palmerston North. Palmerston North is the only provincial seat in the country held by Labour, and for National to win the seat it will take a very strong candidate running an exceptional campaign.

In this blogs view the candidate has to have a local profile, a local network of donors and a local network of volunteers if they want win the seat. Karen may be able to provide these though it is hard to see how she will be able to create a profile quickly in the electorate. She runs the risk of being like Gil Stehbens in Rotorua in 2005 – winning the party vote by a good margin but losing the electorate vote.

Unlike in Rodney there has been no skulduggery, which is a tribute to Malcolm Plimmer, who has been an excellent regional chair in a region plagued by a hideous, vitriol fuelled old crone of a regional chair until Malcolm beat her. Apparently his predecessor is now fulfilling her true calling in life and playing the role of one of the witches in MacBeth. Talent scouts say if someone casts her in a movie she is a dead cert for an Oscar because she is such a natural.

This blog wishes all the candidates the best of luck with selection, and hopes the delegates select the best person to take the seat off the man who likes to dally with the help in parliament, Iain Lees-Galloway.

Impertinent questions Re: Looters?

Some wag has suggested via tipline that I’m too liberal with looters. He asks:

  1. What bounty are Whaleoil Readers offering per Looter?
  2. They are sending over NSW Police – they pack heat – how do we get them good hollow-point bullets?
  3. Legal wankers complain about the Canterbury Recovery Act – make yourselves useful and draft a clearance for the Crimes Act to be suspended, particularly the weasel clauses around murder, I mean they are looters after all, lower than pond scum.
  4. Obama offered support – how many beds can we get at “Gitmo”?
  5. Whaleoil is being too mean…..Looters – give them Community Service – “welcome to Greymouth boys, this is the Pike River Mine, walk this way…”

What do the readers think? Has Whaleoil become too mainstream by advocating to simply gut-shoot looters?

Can Mappy please ask the army to use live rounds on these bastards

Six people have been arrested for looting in Christchurch, as police set up a curfew in the devastated central city.

Superintendent Dave Cliff said there would be a 6.30pm curfew inside the central business district, allowing access only to those involved in the rescue effort, NZPA reported.

“That’s also about keeping out the criminal element, who we know will try and take advantage,” he said.

“We have made about six arrests today for theft and burglary around the central city.”

Australian police officers will be on hand to help stop looters.

I reckon the anser is to gut shoot them, let them bleed out and put it on Youtube. It will only take one or two and there will be no looters left in Christchurch.

Crowd-sourcing Quake assistance #eqnz

In the wake of the latest Christchurch earthquake there are many outside of the area trying to assist in so many ways.

Crowd-sourcing is playing a major part.

Google has a Crisis Response Page that provides a lot of information including a live Twitter feed.

There is the Google Person Finder service that was set up. I updated the news on one person I was aware of had been located and was ok.

Now an Accomodation Finder has been set up:

In the wake of Tuesday’s devastating earthquake, many people and families have been left without a place to stay.

Compassionate Kiwis are helping out. Spread the word and let others know they can offer or request accommodation here.

If you can help locate people or provide emergency accommodation for people then please use these tools to offer help.
