Len Brown again has a truth problem. He can’t even be honest about his catching the train.
Len Brown declined to be interviewed on camera today but defended the way he uses public transport.
He defended the way he uses public transport. Oh I can’t wait for the rest of Auckland to catch the train while they employ a chauffer to drive their car into town so they won’t be inconvenienced at the other end, they can justify it all by saying that the Mayor does it. Len Brown is nothing but a hypocrite.
But since questions are being asked here are a few that should be answered. They won’t be of course because Len Brown has a truth problem.
- Why did he use a chauffer driven Manukau City Council mayoral car to go all over Auckland day, night and weekends for the past year in the course of his election campaign costing his ratepayers a fortune for his election travels?
- Why did he use the same chauffered car to be driven to private weekend events and personal friends and family affairs?
- Why has he suddenly become a champion of public transport when Manukau City had the least bus lanes and transit lanes of all the major Auckland cities?
- Why was he always chauffer driven to attend conferences in downtown Auckland, often within short walking distance of the Britomart train station including a major Transport Conference which he was a guest speaker at?
