In response to your letter of 12 June 2011, I will show the same compassion to private individuals as Labour showed when using The Hollowmen.

The exception will be that I will do it in full public view not hiding behind the privilege of parliament.

        Oh no , ‘ex parte’s’ intials will be ‘J’.

          It would be a big call for Bloggs, J to award an ex parte against WO at this stage of proceedings – especially as WO’s material was apparently freely available from Labour’s website. All he’s done is publish. As he says sunlight, disinfectant.

          On the information from WO’s website an injunction would probably fail as Labour will not be able to satisfy the court they are good for damages/costs if an action goes against them.
