The Onion New Network has a really bad ad for Indianpolis in their bid for the Olympics.

They even use Len’s campaign slogan.

Sadly, it was John Banks who proposed an Olympics for Auckland. I doubt Len will be doing this.

Mind you, by the time Len’s pie-in-the-sky railway plans are costed, we may as well have some sports events to go to around the Auckland region.
