An email from a Winston supporter

via the tipline

From: Hans Meier

You and Hut’n lost all discussions against Winston and are not capable to win a legal case against him.

You on the other hand are convicted in front of NZ courts and you are found many times using your blog to defame and lie.

Same with the poll results.
National was favored in almost all polls and NZ First was disadvantaged. You have lost credibility and you and Mafjew Hut’n survive only by living an unproductive life as mascots of the National Party and their bankster leader John Key, who has never been productive in his whole life, but has always lived on other people’s money and support from other financial fraudsters of the Multinational Banks in the US. Stop prostituting yourself to National, who are selling out this beautiful country.

Nice bit of anti-semitic racism from this NZ First supporter. Probably is one of Kyle Champan’s friends with a small penis.

Sorry Whale, but this email raises some important questions.  Namely, who the fuck is Hut’n?

    • Catwoman

I am guessing Hooten??  Great reason for National Standards!!

Your correspondent clearly suffers from a combination of early onset alzheimers and dementia by the look of it.

“National was favored in almost all polls and NZ First was disadvantaged.”
In polls using **random selection**?  Yeah, right.
I’d believe it about the Horizon *cough* “poll” *cough* but not about any others.

  • Skyver

    Sums NZF up really.

  • Guest

An anti-semitic comment from someone called Meier? That’s odd. It’s a Jewish name.

    • Alsh

      German.

  • diabolos

Every group of political thought has its extremists – including National,Labour,Greens,Mana,Maori etc etc etc I would have nominated ACT – but i think they effectively no longer exist .. probably will be renamed the “Banksie-party transitioning back to National Party” or similar – and they are probably all able to be called extremists in one way shape or form.

This is just an email from yet another extremist who just happens to support NZ First.

Any of the comments on this blog from supporters of this blog – could equally in many cases be viewed in the same light if the shoe was on the other foot.   Maybe not anti-semitic – but sort of sexist, racist and sometimes just plain abusive – and is one any worse than the other?

But thats democracy and an open forum for you.   Long may it continue

I dont envy you Cam – it cant be pleasant getting such things in your email.  I know i wouldnt find it easy.

  • Mully

Well, at least this one can spell. Baby steps.

  • kevin

He seems to Farrar and Hooten mixed up. In fact the whole rant is mixed up, lol

  • Mirtnan

Thirty two years in Parliament.Claim to fame A gold card, massive cost to the taxpayer.Tens of millions.Wonder is that a parliamentary life worth skiting about.Any other accomplishments are completely mythical, out of them all no one was charged or no one died.Benefits for the man, an inflation proofed pension, benefits for the taxpayer, just another bill from a gang of supporters who seem to hail from a graveyard of broken hearts.

    • max_power

The Gold Card given the fact they all carry it and use it and everytime they use it it reminds them of him, is why he has a lot of support from them.

It’s not they’re insane, it’s that they trust him, since he’s brilliant at shmoozing.

You watch Winston work with 100 elderly at Waimuku Working Men’s Club or the Bridge Club.

He’s brilliant at listening. Combine that with the fact every day for many, he saves them a bit of money, is why they trust him and don’t see him the way we see him.

  • Gazzaw

Did the email come from Planet Earth?

  • Mark

Apparently too much prune juice can exacerbate the effects of dementia. Put your teeth back in Hans Meier and go an have a lie down – the nurse has got a blanket for you

  • insider

where’s the antisemticism? Not being voyeuristic but I can see no reference to kikes, yids, heebies, hook-noses, kosher, or Red Sea pedestrians, just banksters, which could be an Italian reference

    • Guest

‘Mafjew’ would be the anti-semitic remark by ‘Hans Meier’

      • insider

That’s what studying German does for you. I read it as Maffyou – a pun on the way kids can’t pronounce ’th’

Face meet palm; how do you do?

    • http://www.whaleoil.co.nz Whaleoil

Calling someone who’s name is Matthew “MafJew” looks pretty offensive to me.

  • Phase_nz

No place in this world for any type of racism but John Key is a scumm sucking central banker who worked for merryl lynch the very people that caused this so called economic downturn-greatest depression he sold credit default swap s*%t and claimed it was a AAA investment and got rich off it now he is selling our assests to his banker buddies on the federal bank comittee so my impression of the man is  tainted yes considering him and his ilk have bankrupted europe Im not going to trust him.

    • Elma Fudd

That’s one hellova long sentence old chap. Not one punctuation mark in sight – just one neverending ramble of complete bollocks which leads me to conclude that you have been on the sherry all afternoon. Please don’t drink and write.
Tut, tut…… What ever happened to National Standards ?

There is a place in this World, for full stops and Capital letters.
I agree on the anti- racism comment.

    • EX Navy Greg

so leftie governments in europe handing out money to losers had nothing to do with it ?

    • Adybombs

Phase – don’t spout all your shit like it is fact.  A central banker is one who works for the central bank of a country such as The Reserve Bank of New Zealand or the Federal Reserve System in the US, usually the title Central Banker is reserved for the Chairman or Governor of that bank.  John Key has never worked for a Central Bank.  He was also not involved with selling money market instruments such as Credit Default Swaps, his area of expertise was in currency trading.  Contrary to popular lefty opinion he did not make his money trading for himself, that is not allowed, he made his money by being exceedingly good at his job and generating profits his employer through knowledge, skill and even a bit of good luck at times.  His employer employed him for the purpose of making a profit, he did so and got handsomely rewarded without a union in sight, that is how a free market economy works.

You have really lost me with your ramble about the federal bank committee, I guess you mean the Board of the Federal Reserve, who wouldn’t give a shit about NZ really.  The National policy on asset sales says that over 80% of the 49% of every SOE up for sale will be placed within NZ, doesn’t leave much for the “federal bank committee, even if they did care.  Given Key has been  in Parliament for over 6 years now maybe your connection of him personally to the shambles that the EEC has become is a little tenuous.

So it seems the only thing you got right in all that crap was the first half of the first line.

      • EX Navy Greg

        Nice work Adybombs

  • Illalwaysrememberportugal

Gee whiz Whale, don’t you get sick of these nutbars?

  • Phase_nz

admittedly my sentence structure could be better but there is no dispute that John Key is what he is a money grubbing banker who sells investors out for his own profit that is the only fact that matters

    • kevin

‘was’  a banker (money trader actually) past tense.

  • kevin

When is the list of WP’s dishonesty being put up to view?

  • Peter Wilson

I have a funny feeling this particular gentleman is a bit of a wind up.

If you analyse his sentence structure, yes, it is poor. But only in places.

    Take this sentence:
“National was favored in almost all polls and NZ First was disadvantaged.”

A well constructed sentence, but others are littered with what I suspect are deliberate errrors, and the “bankster” label was quite a sophisticated witticism.

My bet he is a Labour Party stooge, trying to create discord amongst ring wing bloggers, whilst portraying NZF supporters as idiots.

    • max_power

Perhaps it’s Nicky who’s pissed off with Cam’s mocking of him today and he’s just lashing out, like a little girl.

Phaze, do you even KNOW what a credit default swap is? People who bought CDS are the only ones blessing the person who sold it to them, since they are INSURANCE against a DEFAULT. Blaming Key for selling them (as far as I know he was a currency trader, which is very far removed from the bond and credit market), is about as bright as blaming your life insurance salesman for your aunt’s death.
