Awesome linisher he is using. He says 10,000 hours to learn. I say you never stop learning. I have been in the engineering game for 45 years and I am still learning.

We’ve got 2 larger versions of the belt linisher in our workshop we use for boat propeller repair. They take a fair while to get used to, but once you’ve got your technique down, they’re fantastic.
