Please Phil, make it stop

Phil Goff yet again goofs up with his numbers.  This is the third time he’s botched it.  First at the Christchurch debate, Second in a pre-rec with Duncan Garner on Friday.

Then again today on Q + A under questioning from Guyon Espiner.

Please Phil, make it stop. He just isn’t credible anymore on the finances of the country.

    Perhaps he thinks the only way he can get rid of Silent-T and all his other enemies is by crashing the good ship Liarbore onto Astrolabe Reef at full speed and arrange for Silent-T and the others to be down below checking a fault in the bilge pumps when it happens.

    Nothing else really explains it.

    Unless poor Phil is “differently abled” in the brain dept and can’t remember numbers. That could it it, as well.

    Come on its only their flagship policy for the election; asset sales v capital gains tax. You really can’t expect him to know minor details like how much it will make and when. Just remember asset sales bad, taxing the rich good. If you remember that you don’t need to know anything else (except what time you get your kfc on Saturday)

    A man that is no good with numbers can not run the country. I watched the program. Phil Goff faultered on the same questions he has been asked before.
    On the same program John Key had the numbers and understood them, and quoted them off the cuff until Espiner stopped him. Love the smile John
