Busting Teachers Unions, Ctd

I blogged this morning about the NZEI contracts and gold plated terms and conditions. I provided two links in my post.

The union have now changed those links. On the basis of my blog post they have removed the links to all of their agreements entirely. It just returns a 404 error now:

On the first link to the Primary Teachers Agreement they have removed the pdf and replaced it with a pdf about my convictions for breaching name suppression:

Rather than face scrutiny for their actions and rather than keep information online they instead prefer to alter links on their site to personally attack me. I am proud of my convictions, I am proud of what I achieved in changing the law and I thank the idiots at the NZEI for further highlighting them to my readers.

However they prove that the NZEI is more interested in political discourse and personal slurs and attacks than actually doing what they are supposed to do and represent members in employment matters.

They are morons though because I already have those agreements downloaded and because they can’t be trusted I will post them here. NFWAB.

Primary Teachers Agreement

  • Vij

Whale, you naught boy.  Wait, Kosh 103, the born idiot, will have some lame reason for the NZEI action.

  • Anonymous

They purport to be be professionals?

  • Angrywasp

Ironic.. teachers Union are behaving like children

  • Anonymous

Typical left wing webmaster trick. The Standard or similar did the same trick on DPF some time ago.

  • Symgardiner

All the teacher contracts are on the minedu.govt.nz site. Just search for collective agreement.

  • Petal

NZEI, grow up!  This is embarrassing.  Like watching your dad dance drunk at the wedding feeling up the brides maids embarrassing.

  • Kosh103

Hmmmmmm, that is a rather dumb thing to do. All you have to do is google teachers employment contract and you can find it in a few seconds.

    Not a good look NZEI.

    • Vij

Like clockwork the idiot is back

  • kevin

Cool, shows ‘em up nicely. Something to hide NZEI?

    • Kosh103

Actually, there isnt anything to hide. It is a standard contract with all the little this and thats in it.

But by doing this very silly thing, NZEI has now made it look like there is something to the mindless dribblings of the right.

They would have been better off leaving it there and saying “Yes? And you think we care about your opinion because?”

      • http://keepingstock.blogspot.com/ Inventory2

If the “mindless dribblings of the right” so offend you Kosh, why do you hang around this site like a bad smell?

      • Vij

        Yes idiot.

      • Pharmachick

        Yes, Kosh103,
they would’ve been better leaving it there and doing that … but they didn’t, did they.

Once again NZEI descends into petty, small minded and unsophisticated …

and these are the people that are supposed to be teaching our kids intelligence, values and academics.

        Be afraid, very afraid (LOL)

      • Kosh103

@ inventory – amuse would be a much better word than offend.

  • kaykaybee

What a surly bunch of tossers they are.. Take it to them CS. They’re getting a lot of heat and I for one am pleased. About time we had¬†league¬†tables, performance based contracts for teachers and choice for students.

    Bring on a voucher system

    • Kosh103

Oh dear. Another self appointed know nothing expert I see.

      • kaykaybee

Thanks, glad to have the acknowledgement I deserve kosh… no papers to mark?

      • http://keepingstock.blogspot.com/ Inventory2

        Self-assesment Kosh?

      • Vij

        Yes you idiot Kosh

    • Kosh103

At least you admit you know nothing about education. Good to see you are being honest.

      • Jester

And what the fuck would you know about education Paul? Considering you are the senior most teacher in a decile 9 school I would have thought listening to you talk you would have the ERO reviews well in hand. Judging by the result you are just another blow hard out of control!

        Future Action
ERO will carry out another review within one-to-two years.

        Criteria for Decision
ERO will decide to carry out another review over the course of one-to-two years where there is evidence that gives ERO cause for concern about the education and safety of students

      • Vij

Idiot, many people know more than you

      • Kosh103

@ vij – my my you are a very good example of the spite the right wing has for those who will not fall into line when you bark.

  • AC

Haha. Comedy gold.  What a bunch of fools.

You’ve got them on the ropes now Whale!¬† ;-)

What a bunch of losers they are.

    • Kosh103

Actually I have just poped onto the NZEI site – all the collective agreements are there for anyone to see.

      • kaykaybee

Yes, we got that, but they substituted a link to WO’s conviction on the link he provided here to the agreement. ¬†Feathers are being well rattled over at headquarters

      • Vij

Idiot, are you not reading what has been written.  That is why you are an idiot

      • Kosh103

@ vij – showing how clever you are again I see.

      • Kosh103

@ kay – just incase you didnt spot it, or didt read all the posts in this thread, I did say that it was a rather silly move on NZEIs behalf.

    • Anonymous

The NZEI webmaster would have changed the name of the ‘agreement’ page and modified the links accordingly. Then the webmaster woud have used the old name for the anti-Cameron piece.

  • http://keepingstock.blogspot.com/ Inventory2

@ Jester; please tell us more!

    • Jester

Hey inventory, touch base with Cam

  • Troy

As usual, the Unions are a pack of cunts and more and more every day even labourites are getting pissed off with them.

    • Gazzaw

Troy, even labour cannot be so dim not to know that by and large the public despise the unions. If labour really wants that middle ground back then they just have to disassociate themselves from the unions. Younger voters have been brought up in the era of voluntary unionism and therefore perceive unions as superfluous and the baby boomers remember all too well when the unions held our country to ransom with endless strikes & disruptions.
Unfortunately labour is between a rock and a hard place because they need the unions’ filthy money to survive. ¬†

    • Thorn

Forgive me for being pedantic, but I urge you not to put teachers into the same category as  c*nts. Firstly a c*nt is useful, and even half a c*nt can be folded in half and put to use in an emergency. At best these chalk and talk monkeys are quarter Рc*nts which have no use.

      • Troy

lol – usually unions are full of shitstirrers and people who have never filled the occupation of those they appear to be proud to represent – thus, my comment is directed by-default to those in unions that aren’t teachers :)

  • Justme

Geez; proud of your convictions. Not something we hear often these days – good for you WO. That takes some courage and a very strong belief. Well done.

  • Anonymous

I have a little sympathy with the teachers’ unions. I doubt most of them are not getting as much as the average union worker at the Auckland Ports.

    • notavictim

after reading the contract there hourly rate would be better!
