How to handle poor customer service

Check this video of a FedEx delivery man wrecking a computer monitor by chucking it over a fence:

Now check out how FedEx responded:

This is a great example of how to deal with poor customer service. Imagine if political parties responded to their poor customer experiences in the same way?

I seem to remember the customer ( Kees Kiesler) was hunted down like a dog when he showed NatEx’s Bill English being a two faced liar

Oh so you think illegally masquerading and entering an event and secretly taping someone is a valid “customer” experience. Oh the shield of sanctimony.

I was more thinking that after getting resoundingly spanked and scoring their lowest ever vote since the 1920s that labour would apologise for not listening, correct their errors and behaviour and remove the personnel that cost them the votes.

But no they have kept them on, in the case of Mallard, the one most responsible for the loss as he was the campaign strategist, he remains as the bovver boy, the shadow leader of the house and the hatchet man for Shearer.

Labour’s big plan os to send David Shearer to “hook up” with folk in bars over Christmas. Some apology…meanwhile the same behaviour that got them in the crap is still evident.
