Where is the warming?

Not so that you’d notice due to the distinct lack of coverage in our main stream media but there has been brewing for more than a week another storm about the Climategate emails. I wonder when the media wills tart publishing details here?

More have been released and there is even more evidence that the warmists have lied, manipulated data or even out right deleted data. Even Al Gore’s claims about kilimanjaro glaciers are debunked and even confirmed as rubbish by warmist scientists.

One of the main protaganists of global warming sent the following email. Why would Phil Jones be worrying about a “lack of warming”? I thought warming of the planet was killing us all…and here he is worrying about a lack of warming.

    There is plenty in those of emails to suggest fudging of figures. The problem is getting the media to pay attention so the public can learn how the good name of science has been abused. An obsession with a trace gas, humans have introduced approx 11 CO2 molecules per 100,000 atmospheric molecule. Not a ratio that can effectively trap any heat. There has also been a virtual disregard for the myriad of other drivers of the earths climate.

    Another groupspeak conspiracy?

    Some time ago I noticed warmists stopped talking about global warming, it suddenly became “climate change.” It was around the time we started getting blizzards and terrible winters. I suspect they decided the warming brand didn’t gel with the public with all the snow and cold.

    I recall Clarke explaining with global warming we would start getting extreme weather, including record cold winters. eh?

    I mean, I don’t even care if they are right. If they are trying to hoodwink and manipulate us, even in a good cause, it is WRONG.

      Totally agree Peter.  I have a vested interest as our business is heavily involved in environmental technologies and I should be backing the cimate change lobby the whole way – But it is the biggest HOAX of our time.

      Y2K was a great little hoax that kept IT people busy for years (the Missus made some dough out of that one – got to get it while you can) but this one and all the pious psuedo scientific wankers invloved need to be exposed for what they are.

      They are trying to build thier new 21st century religion based on fear then tax (theft) to get POWER.

      Al Gore thought that he was going to be the “Pope”, but he is just another disgraced envangelaist thief.  (Is it just me, or does he look a bit like Dave Henderson)

    Interestingly there is a New Zealand connection. These warmists have no shame. The sacked NIWA apologist Jim Salinger was actively trying to have Chris De Freitas sacked from the University of Auckland because he alleged he had breached some editorial tradition (probably telling the truth – LOL). Salinger was garnering off shore support to write to the then Vice Chancellor John Hood asking for De Freitas’s head – Salinger was being very helpful with addresses and suggested letter text. Have a good look here at the low level Salinger has stooped. De Freitas rejected absolutely Salinger’s assertions and provided international references – no apology recorded from Salinger – I always thought he had a big nose; now I know why.
