    So who pays to fix the “etching” that you see in bus-stops (and most trains in places like Sydney) all over the glass? What about the vandalism and theft?

    The thing that annoys me most about these “technology of the future” promotions, is that they don’t take into account human behaviour. (Which probably hasn’t changed in 50,000 years).

    What about jealousy? What about the joy of destruction? What about being able to take something that belongs to someone else because you want it?

    Also, some things are just easier to do without a computer. For instance: choosing your shoes!
