Oh dear, the ma’ams in charge at Dio are going to be livid.

A designer at DDB was tasked with an internal job for the CEO of DDB, Marty O’Halloran. It was a 40 page booklet for his 15 year old daughters school (Diocesan School for Girls) about their yachting club, half way through the job the designer got pissed off (with the job and Marty) so decided to draw and huge, great big cock & balls on his daughters crotch.

The designer sent it off to print without changing the picture back to the original, the printers produced hundreds of copies, sent them to the school, who’ve proceeded to hand them out to every child & parent. Complete with a huge cock on the CEO’s 15 year old daughter. To add to the disaster one of the parents of a girl in the picture is the CEO of ANZ!

Needless to say Dio have been fielded an extraordinary number of complaints from parents and the designer in question is rumored to have been issued a D.C.M.

    It’s bloody hilarious but maybe just a touch of ‘tall poppyism’? These very same 4×4 driving parents clad in twin sets & pearls are the very same parents who pay for 100% of their kids education & on top of that pay 15% GST on $20k of annual fees into the consolidated fund. That 15% is three times the government subsidy given to private schools.

    Can’t help wondering if it would have been quite so hilarious if it had been the netball team at a South Auckland state high school.

      Since when did the numbers of your children count  for your ‘share’ of the education spending.
       If they go to university they certainly will  get  a bigger share than 80% of the parents

        Private schools get a portion of their costs covered by the state – 5% I think.

        I don’t understand what you are getting at on the remainder of your post. Fact is that private school kids are educated at no cost to the state. There are no private unis in NZ.
