Some changes to the blog

I have enabled the new Disqus system.

It has a number of new features including the ability to vote up and down on comments.

There may be some teething issues, but if you don’t tell me about them then i cant fix them.

Either let me know in the comments or via the tipline.

        In the community box it would be good to have top 5 or 10 voted up commentators, and top 5 or 10 voted down commentators. Not sure if this is within your area of control.

      Perhaps a little bit of dumb….the Nesting gives you options…most popular comments at the top, oldest at the top or newest at the top…choices huh?

    Tells me I need Internet Explorer 9 which I have but still can’t access Disqus. I can on Firefox but not quite so convenient.

      Use Chrome…I fail to understand why anyone would ever use Internet Explorer

    For god(s) sake turn off that stupid “Also On” box, or allow a toggle that keeps it off.
    Less screen clutter the better.
