Trevor Mallard in his own words

Top interviewing technique shown by Louis, a school kid.

Trevor’s contribution can be best summed up as:

I used to have an important job, and my leader is invisible.

Perhaps Trevor was Gordon Campbell’s deep throat considering the comments on getting to know your invisible leader.

Maestro Strategist Trevor Mallard scores for Labour again.

The last guy that said the invisible Labour Leader was a nice guy added – but he just can’t win….  and he got sacked.

Fortunately National does not have to highlight the faults of the Labour Party, they are doing a splendid job of this themselves . Bravo !! keep ‘em coming – who’s on tomorrow?

whats his job now? to waste time and make a total czck of himself at questiontime

  • Lion_ess

“… he’s a really neat guy, but …..” – the classic description of someone who’s about to be jilted.

    • Red

Yeh – “He’s a really neat guy – and we wish him all the best…..”

  • Greg

Yeah says “they need policies that work”, that will make a big change.

    • andrewo

Exactly! I was about to post the exact same thing!
Firstly, they don’t seem to have policies at the moment and secondly, when they were last in, their policies didn’t ‘work’ (if by ‘work’ you mean advancing NZ instead of entrenching an intergenerational welfare class)

  • Sooty

Heah, dont give the duck a hard time for telling the truth. No he wont get another important job. The dole is for him Im afraid.

    • Gazzaw

……………. unfortunately Sooty for you, me and the rest of the taxpayers Trougher Trev has been in parliament so long that he will need a wheelbarrow to cart off his super.

  • Steve (North Shore)

That is so sad. Trevor Mallard is/was a Teacher and all he can do is use a kid to promote himself, what a cork soaker

  • Patrickm

He does not show any enthusiasm, even if he doesn’t like being in opposition I would have thought he would have done his best to show how important being in opposition is & how hard he works at giving the electorate a viable option.
Instead he comes across as tired, unenthusiastic & to my mind yesterdays option. Bit like Ali Williams with the ABs but at least I can recall some good things Williams contributed, I can think of f’ all positive that Mallard has added to NZ.

  • Sir Cullen’s Sidekick

Ha Ha – Sheep got stabbed right in the middle of his back!! Bring on Jacaranda Garden for PM!!!!

  • LR

Come here little boy and sit on my knee. I have something to show you.

He pretty much put it how it is – being a die hard national voter I’m actually having to try hard to hate the guy.
