      Exactly! I was about to post the exact same thing!
      Firstly, they don’t seem to have policies at the moment and secondly, when they were last in, their policies didn’t ‘work’ (if by ‘work’ you mean advancing NZ instead of entrenching an intergenerational welfare class)

    That is so sad. Trevor Mallard is/was a Teacher and all he can do is use a kid to promote himself, what a cork soaker

    He does not show any enthusiasm, even if he doesn’t like being in opposition I would have thought he would have done his best to show how important being in opposition is & how hard he works at giving the electorate a viable option.
    Instead he comes across as tired, unenthusiastic & to my mind yesterdays option. Bit like Ali Williams with the ABs but at least I can recall some good things Williams contributed, I can think of f’ all positive that Mallard has added to NZ.
