The Huddle

I was on The Huddle last night with Larry Williams. The left wing point of view was covered by David Farrar.

Topics for discussion are:

  • The Royal Tour
  • David Shearer – will he stay or will he go? How long does the Labour Party persist with him? If he goes, who will replace him?

  • Pete George

There’s really only one sensible (least risky) option – Cunliffe as leader and retain Robertson as deputy for continuity and bridging the faction divide. And then they have to bloody well make it work, for the good of the party, parliament and the country.

This is how it should be: Shearer to stand down, Cunliffe as to lead Labour
