String him up

Wonders will never cease…Stewart Murray Wilson has been recalled to prison.

Stewart Murray Wilson is tonight back behind bars after he allegedly breached the conditions of his parole by phoning someone he shouldn’t have.

Department of Corrections assistant general manager services Maria McDonald confirmed the department had successfully applied for an interim recall to prison for the man – dubbed the Beast of Blenheim.

The Parole Board considered the application this afternoon and Mr Wilson has since been returned to prison.

The board would consider whether or not a final order was made at a hearing before the end of March, Ms McDonald said.

‘‘Corrections has been vigilantly monitoring this offender’s compliance with his parole conditions and immediately made the application after it received information that led it to believe he had breached his parole conditions.’’

‘‘Corrections will also pursue legal action relating to this alleged breach through the courts.’’

Put him in a cell with a wobbly stool and a length of good strong rope.

But he’s bored WO and no one will talk to him.

  • LinkinHawk

Yeah he made a phone call. what a major danger he is to the community

    • Travis Poulson

Doesn’t matter, break parole conditions and off you go back to prison. But since it’s ok with you to do that, we should probably turn a blind eye to an unsupervised visit to a victim as well?

      • LinkinHawk

How many people did he murder? He did his time let him move on, Murderers get less time in jail than him,What about the nurse that just got realesed from jail who murdered a child an tried to kill 2 more I bet she doesn’t have as strict bail conditions as Wilson, nothing about not being allowed to phone kids in her bail conditions

        • Sym Gardiner

Actually he hasn’t done his time completely. That’s why he is on parole. Parole isn’t a right – its a privilege.

          • Mr_Blobby

No it is not a privilege it is a right. In a lot of cases the parole board claims that they have had no choice but to release some one. It should not be the situation but it is. It is like bail common sense says you should not grant bail but under the bail laws the judge may not have any choice. The laws a written and applied to the benefit of the offenders, not the victims or potential victims.

          • Sym Gardiner

I don’t think you are correct.

        • Travis Poulson

What’s murder got to do with it? He broke parole conditions, end of story. Best place for the rapist: behind bars.

    • Agent BallSack

knowing his MO it will be to a solo mother with dependant children. Still so keen to let him have his freedom?

      • Mr_Blobby

Her children are more at risk of the slags latest boyfriend.

  • Mr_Blobby

Would not have a problem with it if they vigilantly monitored everybody’s parole conditions, but they don’t. Hence the amount of re offending whilst on bail or parole.

What a crock of shit, stop worrying about some old fossil and concentrate on real criminals. You know the ones that kill, maim and generally wreck havoc on the community.
