Produce Delivered BLUBBERGEDDON – Week 6

sENeJZs

Week 6.

Half way.

Looks like most of us are in need of a bit of a rev-up. It’s looking bleak. Not to single anyone out, but what’s going on with that guy that’s now heavier than he started?

Let’s blame the hot soups and lack of physical activity due to the cold weather. But if we didn’t have Lofty on the team, we’d be collectively going backwards by now. Heh.

Seriously, good to see most of you plodding on steadily in the Produce Delivered BLUBBERGEDDON race.

Here are the results:

I want to thank Produce Delivered, who are the BLUBBERGEDDON Sponsor. Produce Delivered send a box of fresh fruit and vegetables to Cam and his family every week. And even though we may not see it in the form of unprecedented weight loss, we have seen all those vitamins and minerals surge to his brain for lots more good posts on the blog.

Whale Oil – Keep up the good work. Here is a good tip for you to lose weight. If you eat a heavy breakfast, a medium lunch around 2:30 PM and skip dinner completely, you will lose weight rapidly. Adding a 30 minutes exercise daily will help a lot too…..

    • Random66

The old expression for that is something like; ‘eat like a king for breakfast, a prince for lunch and a pauper for dinner’.

      • Sir Cullen’s Sidekick

Thanks Random66, that is so nice :-)

    • bevanjs

That’s the only way I ever lost weight – but doesn’t fit the lifestyle any more.

      • Sir Cullen’s Sidekick

Yes very hard to keep up this with the lifestyle and the work-life balance struggle we all try to maintain! If we cannot skip dinner then the best way is to make it as light as possible and as early as possible…

Most factual and useful post I have ever seen from you SCS, suggest a career as a dietician as opposed to a political commentator for the labour party -:) PS: Noticed the count rising, good to see if the WOBH army can get it well over 1000

      • Sir Cullen’s Sidekick

He he he – BTW, I am the personal dietician for Socialist Cindy. I have put her on a strict diet of green grass only.

        • Dave

Lucky bugger, am happy to train as an assistant dietician to her, might take years to qualify though

    • Kopua Cowboy

      Miss dinner? Blasphemy!
