Mac n Cheese

    I have just overeaten the same but with a difference. Using the traditional cheesy white sauce, place half the mix in dish then for the 2nd half I added grilled bacon bits, finely chopped sun-dried tomato and heaps & heaps of chopped spring onion before spreading on top.. Topped with more cheese & fresh tomato slices.
    I never thought of NOT making the roux sauce. Will experiment further with the creme cheese next time.
