Lawyer asks for my arrest for contempt

Mike Antunovic the lawyer for of Wellington District Commander Superintendent Pieri Munro charged with assaulting his son today applied to the judge to have me charged with contempt and for an arrest warrant to be issued.

The Judge reportedly (from my spies sitting in court) rolled his eyes and asked Mr Antunovic is he wanted to spend the rest of the day arguing a contempt case or get on with dealing with his clients case. Clearly at this point in time the judge has prevailed, though I expect I can’t be far off being picked up for this.

One really shouldn’t upset the establishment, especially when they are Police, judges, lawyers and the Solicitor-General.

This trial is really looking like a case of hush for the boys. Suppression available for the guardians of the system. What ever happened to an open justice system. It is now a system for the boys and the famous.

I don’t really think the Solicitor-General understands the publicity hell that would unleash upon him should I be arrested and jailed.
