Whoopsy….made a little mistake

[Imported from Whale Oil Beef Hooked on Blogger]

It seems that the Government has made a little calculation error on the benefits and costs of Kyoto.

As usual the media down plays the costs, although how you can downplay a $1 billion error is beyond me, especially when the error is more likely $3 billion plus. Granny Herald even uses an absurd calculation of $15 per tonne when the real rate is approximately $34 per tonne.

This is exactly the reason why Labour cannot be trusted with our economy, they simply cannot add, and again have increased New Zealanders tax burden.

Pete Hodgson must resign….not likely though, one of Dear Leader’s favourites

As much at home writing editorials as being the subject of them, Cam has won awards, including the Canon Media Award for his work on the Len Brown/Bevan Chuang story.  And when he’s not creating the news, he tends to be in it, with protagonists using the courts, media and social media to deliver financial as well as death threats.

They say that news is something that someone, somewhere, wants kept quiet.   Cam Slater doesn’t do quiet, and as a result he is a polarising, controversial but highly effective journalist that takes no prisoners.

He is fearless in his pursuit of a story.

Love him or loathe him.  But you can’t ignore him.
