Meow, the Lions squeak

[Imported from Whale Oil Beef Hooked on Blogger]

Despite the malice all week from the Lions camp the All Blacks have blitzed the Lion 48-18 in Wellington.

Sir Clive hardly has any excuses now except they suck.

It was a much improved Lions team but with a record score against the Lions by any team and Daniel Carter’s individual brilliance in scoring a record breaking 33 points the lions looked like amateurs.

There well may some Lions up before the judiciary for blantant rucking offences, but we will see.

On to Auckland next week for the whitewash, and then the Tri-Nations to savour.

As much at home writing editorials as being the subject of them, Cam has won awards, including the Canon Media Award for his work on the Len Brown/Bevan Chuang story.  And when he’s not creating the news, he tends to be in it, with protagonists using the courts, media and social media to deliver financial as well as death threats.

They say that news is something that someone, somewhere, wants kept quiet.   Cam Slater doesn’t do quiet, and as a result he is a polarising, controversial but highly effective journalist that takes no prisoners.

He is fearless in his pursuit of a story.

Love him or loathe him.  But you can’t ignore him.
