National to Ring-Fence Healthand Education Budgets

[Imported from Whale Oil Beef Hooked on Blogger]

Contrary to the Cullender’s and Mrs Peter Davis’ shrill protestations to the opposite, National leader Don Brash has said there would be NO reduction in health and education spending over the next two years under National.

Further, National has unveiled plans for a major review of health and education spending, targeting what it is labelling a “binge” of poor-quality spending by the Government.

Meanwhile, the Labour fear-mongering and personality attacks continues unabated. I believe that these slurs will actually backfire on Labour with many coming to the conclusion that Labour is desperate to retain power and shows it by demonising credible, successful New Zealanders.

As much at home writing editorials as being the subject of them, Cam has won awards, including the Canon Media Award for his work on the Len Brown/Bevan Chuang story.  And when he’s not creating the news, he tends to be in it, with protagonists using the courts, media and social media to deliver financial as well as death threats.

They say that news is something that someone, somewhere, wants kept quiet.   Cam Slater doesn’t do quiet, and as a result he is a polarising, controversial but highly effective journalist that takes no prisoners.

He is fearless in his pursuit of a story.

Love him or loathe him.  But you can’t ignore him.
