Are Petrol prices Labours landmine?

[Imported from Whale Oil Beef Hooked on Blogger]

Petrol prices are getting untenable…..pretty soon the Labour support base will begin to blame someone for the hurt inflicted on them at the pump….could this be the factor that finally pisses everyone off. Especially as Labours Carbon tax is yet to kick in to it’s fullest extent.

With petrol prices leaping by 30% this must really be starting to bite.

Not only are poorer members (Labour supporters) hurting big time, but transport operators, bus operators, Rail and shipping are all paying huge increased costs without the ability to raise prices to keep pace. This will have a dramatic effect particluarly ont he transport industry where margins are being squeezed hugely.

This could hurt Labour.

As much at home writing editorials as being the subject of them, Cam has won awards, including the Canon Media Award for his work on the Len Brown/Bevan Chuang story.  And when he’s not creating the news, he tends to be in it, with protagonists using the courts, media and social media to deliver financial as well as death threats.

They say that news is something that someone, somewhere, wants kept quiet.   Cam Slater doesn’t do quiet, and as a result he is a polarising, controversial but highly effective journalist that takes no prisoners.

He is fearless in his pursuit of a story.

Love him or loathe him.  But you can’t ignore him.
