Here's a Good Bastard

[Imported from Whale Oil Beef Hooked on Blogger]

Every year thousands of Kiwis leave for Australia to escape the Clark-led government, and for better wages and better incentives.

Paddy Sweeney is one of them.

Founder of the Good Bastards, this ex-pat was so aggrevied by Mrs Peter Davis and her insults on good hard working New Zealanders that he’s actually decided to write a book about it.

“It wasn’t so much that ‘Old Helen’ called us names, the crux of it she wouldn’t
apologize for her attack.” Said Sweeney. “The only ferals are the imported tree
huggers that vote labour. You usually only see them on dole day when they come
into town to get their handout where there is a real big swag of the bastards.”

Looking forward to reading “Helen Fark”!

As much at home writing editorials as being the subject of them, Cam has won awards, including the Canon Media Award for his work on the Len Brown/Bevan Chuang story.  And when he’s not creating the news, he tends to be in it, with protagonists using the courts, media and social media to deliver financial as well as death threats.

They say that news is something that someone, somewhere, wants kept quiet.   Cam Slater doesn’t do quiet, and as a result he is a polarising, controversial but highly effective journalist that takes no prisoners.

He is fearless in his pursuit of a story.

Love him or loathe him.  But you can’t ignore him.
