Michael Wood – still a sook

[Imported from Whale Oil Beef Hooked on Blogger]

Amazingly Michael Wood has failed to post anything at all since Thursday last week.

Since then he has been soundly thrashed in Pakuranga, watched his Party Vote collapse in Pakuranga as well and didn’t make the list because all of Labours cabinet ministers who lost their “safe” seats pushed in above him.

He has left any posting about his dismal showing to his erstwhile supporter, hanky holder and wife Span(ner) in the Works. Amazingly Span has also had time to live blog the election as well. Good on ya Span, now prod Mikey to do something.

Come on Mikey, post something, anything…..or are you waiting for someone in HQ to write something incredibly banal for you.

As much at home writing editorials as being the subject of them, Cam has won awards, including the Canon Media Award for his work on the Len Brown/Bevan Chuang story. When he’s not creating the news, he tends to be in it, with protagonists using the courts, media and social media to deliver financial as well as death threats.

They say that news is something that someone, somewhere, wants kept quiet. Cam Slater doesn’t do quiet and, as a result, he is a polarising, controversial but highly effective journalist who takes no prisoners.

He is fearless in his pursuit of a story.

Love him or loathe him, you can’t ignore him.
