I'm not concerned…

In light of the recent calls for an inquiry into TVNZ Helen Clark has been playing down any concern she might have about this happening.

I bet she’s bloody annoyed that this is going to happen though. Gone are the days when the Government had an outright majority on every select committe, and the opposition will be have a field day with any inquiry. Especially so if it goes through the Commerce select committee which is chaired by a National MP.

It also doesn’t help when the majority you can call for confidence and supply issues doesn’t directly apply to select committees as well. Perhaps a small oversight by Her Majesty’s Right Honourable Prime Minister?

As much at home writing editorials as being the subject of them, Cam has won awards, including the Canon Media Award for his work on the Len Brown/Bevan Chuang story.  And when he’s not creating the news, he tends to be in it, with protagonists using the courts, media and social media to deliver financial as well as death threats.

They say that news is something that someone, somewhere, wants kept quiet.   Cam Slater doesn’t do quiet, and as a result he is a polarising, controversial but highly effective journalist that takes no prisoners.

He is fearless in his pursuit of a story.

Love him or loathe him.  But you can’t ignore him.
