Latest Poll

The first Herald Digi-Poll of 2006 is out, and like all the other polls it shows no major change between the parties. Labour led National by 2.1% late last year and now it is 1.2%.

What this shows is that Winstons bubble has burst and largely his support is going back to where they came from, National.

The other interesting stats shown in the poll are the Auckland figures. Labour is behind in Auckland as are their erstwhile poodle led party.

It also shows that scandals laergely do not affect Labour…..yet….eventually they will take their toll as Nationals scandalls did in 1999.

As much at home writing editorials as being the subject of them, Cam has won awards, including the Canon Media Award for his work on the Len Brown/Bevan Chuang story. When he’s not creating the news, he tends to be in it, with protagonists using the courts, media and social media to deliver financial as well as death threats.

They say that news is something that someone, somewhere, wants kept quiet. Cam Slater doesn’t do quiet and, as a result, he is a polarising, controversial but highly effective journalist who takes no prisoners.

He is fearless in his pursuit of a story.

Love him or loathe him, you can’t ignore him.
