Helen Clark must be watching proceedings in the court with absolute dismay as her Minister is piece by piece being slayed over his dodgy decisionon th Whangamata Marina.

There are some great lines coming fromt he judge.

"surprised that the minister agreed to meetings both with people who were previously heard by the court and those who had not. It does seem quite extraordinary,"

"He can't go out and have another set of hearings." 

This is going to end in egg on someones face and it looks like Carter's
