An interesting study on charity

I have thought about this post all day, and I have given it all day to think about before writing it.

I have just completed my research and the findings are astounding.

As a prelude, Herr Rottenführer Jordan Carter and David Farrar have been having a Tête-à-Tête online about charity which clearly shows the leftist thinking regarding charity.

So here is the method of my research. I checked the Right and left links from David Farrar’s blog, I know, I know, unscientific, but he does have the best blogroll. I was looking for mentions of Russell Brown’s "Hustle for Russell" to see where the charity minded folk of the blogosphere lie. The results will astound you.

Now before I release the results, just a little plug for Russell. Being part of a family with a member with a disability myself I know exactly where you are right now. I have posted on the inquities of our Social Welfare system when people like my BIL Matthew and now the Brown’s have to essentially go cap in hand to the general populace for assistance. This sucks, it sucks to the the family, it sucks to be the individual, it just sucks….and all the while we are pouring "welfare" into arguably middle class families. I state again that people with disabilities should have "gold-plated" welfare, no if’s, but’s or maybe’s.

Anyway, here are the results of my research.

I checked the links of each of the blogs in the left and right on David Farrar’s blogroll, I hit refresh just to make sure i had all postings and then scrolled the entire page, this is what I found.

Right Blogs promoting the "Hustle for Russell"

  • David Farrar
  • Whale Oil Beef Hooked
  • Hitting Metal with a Hammer
  • Not PC

Left Blogs promoting the "Hustle for Russell"

That’s right, none from the left. I guess the moral of the story is if you need charity or help go see the Tories. Don’t bother seeing the leftists, they are all talk and full of shit. The left disgusts me.

As much at home writing editorials as being the subject of them, Cam has won awards, including the Canon Media Award for his work on the Len Brown/Bevan Chuang story. When he’s not creating the news, he tends to be in it, with protagonists using the courts, media and social media to deliver financial as well as death threats.

They say that news is something that someone, somewhere, wants kept quiet. Cam Slater doesn’t do quiet and, as a result, he is a polarising, controversial but highly effective journalist who takes no prisoners.

He is fearless in his pursuit of a story.

Love him or loathe him, you can’t ignore him.
