Hubbard has been shamed into releasing details of more massive budget blowouts by his council after the Herald pointed out his previous campaign promises of openness, transparency and accountability when he became mayor nearly three years ago.

The flip-flopping and hypocrisy of this guy know no bounds. It is a wonder his company ever made any money if this is the style of his leadership.
