I'm not the only one having problems

Computerworld > Vodafone loses customer over roaming bill row

Vodafone billed this customer $5000 for two days usage then cut her off without a by or leave, and all about six months ago….same excuse used.

It apparently is all out of their control.

It seems Vodafone has a problem with customer service.
