WINZ boss lets crim get away and refuses to help Police

WINZ boss let ‘vandal’ escape – 10 Aug 2007 – NZ Herald: New Zealand National news

To paraphrase Judith Collins, what we have here is a public servant harbouring a criminal, facilitating that criminal’s escape, and turning a Work and Income office into some sort of Notre Dame type of sanctuary for criminals?

Worse, this happened on 30 July and Steve Maharey when asked about it in parliament yesterday did a Sgt. Schultz and said he knew nozzing about it.

Does this government actually know what is going on in its civil service?

As much at home writing editorials as being the subject of them, Cam has won awards, including the Canon Media Award for his work on the Len Brown/Bevan Chuang story. When he’s not creating the news, he tends to be in it, with protagonists using the courts, media and social media to deliver financial as well as death threats.

They say that news is something that someone, somewhere, wants kept quiet. Cam Slater doesn’t do quiet and, as a result, he is a polarising, controversial but highly effective journalist who takes no prisoners.

He is fearless in his pursuit of a story.
