Ok so the Labour spin machine is in overdrive. apparently tax cuts off of the back of large surplus's is NOT inflationary, also Clark has said that she wanted them in 2005 but was told she couldn't have them.

Oh, come on Prime Minister, you can't expect us to believe that one surely? Like, you are the Prime Minister and since when have you not got your way on anything? If you really wanted tax cuts in 2005 I think you could have had them if you had tried just a wee bit harder, don't you think?
