As predicted f**k all turned up

Tui Sign Radio NZ

Bugger all turn up for the "saving"

<sarcasm> There was a mass protest held in Auckland today with thousands flocking to the streets in a bid to save Radio New Zealand.</sarcasm>

Radio NZ is actually so important to the masses that only 100 bothered to front at the Auckland Protest, from the picture at Ethical Martini it looks a whole lot smaller than that.

Sheesh if you were a drowning man you wouldn’t want Radio NZ to broadcast you needed help.

And what is with all the pinkos crying that if it wasn’t for Radio NZ they wouldn’t have known about the Earthquake and Tsunami alert, you’d think they hadn’t heard of Twitter which was by far the fastest conveyor of information. So stuck in the past these socialist leeches.

As much at home writing editorials as being the subject of them, Cam has won awards, including the Canon Media Award for his work on the Len Brown/Bevan Chuang story.  And when he’s not creating the news, he tends to be in it, with protagonists using the courts, media and social media to deliver financial as well as death threats.

They say that news is something that someone, somewhere, wants kept quiet.   Cam Slater doesn’t do quiet, and as a result he is a polarising, controversial but highly effective journalist that takes no prisoners.

He is fearless in his pursuit of a story.

Love him or loathe him.  But you can’t ignore him.
